The waitress was terrible, they said the place was open till 10 I got there at 9:20 and they wouldn't serve me..i had 4 of my friends... It's a holiday weekend.. And this person just wanted to go home. I am a professional server at a 4 star restaurant, If we close at 10 and somebody comes in at 9:45 we serve them. I'm sure their food is good, my friend said they've been there before. But such blatant disregard for customer appeal makes me question their operation. These are tough times and businesses are going under and when 4 people show up. We should be seated bottom line. Once you have your employees dictating how you run your business.. it's over..I won't be going back. Good luck
They need to work on the way they package their takeout...they don't secure the packaging and by the time you get home it's spilled all over the bag. Their Italian hero was disgusting. I ended up dumping it in the garbage. They have terrible customer service. You walk in and two or three wait staff pass by and none ask if you're being attended. No one at this place smiles...it's horrible. Some plates are great and it's very clean but unfortunately this place needs new management that can train their staff on being more sociable, smiling and please tell your younger staff that when working they really should try to pay attention to their job than their cellphones. It's very disrespectful to text while helping a customer.
My husband and I used to go to this establishment daily, until our last and final visit. We had an older woman as a waitress who gave my husband such an attitude for not wanting the fountain soda given to him because the pepsi tasted watered down, My husband told the woman after she was so nasty to us that we didnt like her attitude, she then put her hand in my face and yelled "BYE THEN LEAVE". At that point we asked for the manager a timid but nice young girl who did nothing but oppologize as the older woman was chiming in between our conversation making the situation more uncomfortable and difficult than it already had been. I work in the service industry and this woman does not belong in the service industry.
Would not order from there again. Look at the lettuce they used. The sandwich was not good.
This is an old school red sauce Italian restaurant and pizzeria. The food is basic fare done well. Great prices. Great service. Started coming here as a kid in the sixties with my mom and grandparents.
Food was tasteless and not appealing to the eye. How do you order calamari and don’t provide Mariana sauce. -_-
Order dinner last nightfrom Mario's via UberEats. Got the broiled salmon, and it comes with spinach, and I chose the mashed potatoes and veggies. The fish was perfect - flaky and juicy, and a decent sized portion. I also got the eggplant rollatini. It was delicious! The eggplant was fresh, and firm, not soggy or stringy. My rollatini was stuffed with fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and the sauce was the perfect amount - not swimming in it. Thank you Marios!
Definitely a good place to go for delicious food. I like that it's a quick walk from where I live. They have plenty of parking across the street on the same side.
Great pizza! We order from here all the time. Sometimes we go in person other times we use Uber Eats. Food is always ready very quickly. Love the inside decorations, reminds me of an earlier time period
What a fall from grace, its a shame Kenny and the rest of the family are long gone. Every possible corner you can imagine has been cut and we got the cheapest, most disgusting pizza I've ever had. It didn't even have sauce under the cheese, it was literally just a few dolops of sauce from a can on top. Pizza at 7/11 up the street is better.
