Looking for a new vegan spot and this hit the mark. Really great restaurant, friendly, helpful staff, all vegan. Falafel wrap, traditional gyro platter over rice, and a kofta wrap w/ fries and baklava - just amazing.Vegetarian options: This place is all vegan.
I tried cig kofte warp. It was great.The 3 starts for not updating business hours in Google. I came here on a Sunday to eat but they were closed and has the sign open ON.Please update Busniess hours.
Yunis was beyond helpful. I was served promptly . He held the entire location on his own. He definitely should be promoted
My husband ordered me spaghette with red sauce from Clifton location. I opened up the container and it was mixed pasta, over cooked mushrooms and little to no sauce. The only flavor it had was mushrooms and a bad aftertaste as if it was spoiled. He also ordered the lentil soup and there was no lentils in it. It was just liquid. It was very bland. He tried. I will not be reordering.
Service and food are excellent! I never write reviews, but my experience was so pleasant that I thought I had to.I was offered samples, I was given suggestions on what to try and all of it was delicious. I had a lovely conversation with the man making the wraps (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name…) that really brightened up my day. I love talking to my fellow vegans! I’ve never seen a vegan koftah option before, so Happy Vegans not only offers something new, but also something very delicious. Also the baklava is SO GOOD! Can’t wait to come back and try the gyro.

Excellent vegan food at a decent price. Happy Vegans brings in the traditional Turkish flavor, with all of the wonderful spices, with none of the meat. The staff were very polite and friendly, and were great with the recommendations and suggestions. The Kofteh delivered as promised and the cheesecake was delectable as well. Definitely a place I will be visiting again.
To be honest I couldn't tell you about the food cuz I never got a chance to even see the one and only person that was working... maybe one day I'll go back but it's a bit far from the Bronx... wish I could have left a better review.
Great vegan food right in my back yard. OMG...what a treat. ..if your a vegetarian in northern NJ you have to give it a try.
great food, loved the service and the tasted incredible and is definitely one of the best vegan places I’ve tried. Being vegan for the Past three years it’s awesome seeing places like this this.
