First time at this location. Girls were working hard getting us in and out. They were quick and accurate. Great job ladies!
By far, the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been to, I which I could give it 0 Star. Employers are pist, you have to make a line on the coffee counter, then go by the Ice cream counter, and when your ready to order go back online. Horrible. On Piaget Ave. Clifton
I spent 25 minutes to get an incomplete order! Bad service!! Bad attitude and incompetent leadership. Im never coming back again!!!! There’s not organization and short staffed is not an excuse when people that got ti the store after me left first! Bad bad service!
Constantly making mistakes on customer orders so takes u 10 minutes just to get your order. coworkers work with 0 efficiency & urgency in this Dunkin
I vowed to never buy Dunkin again in my lifetime. A friend wanted to go in. We went. The service was AWESOME. Coffee was great. Showed me that in urban neighborhoods the DD owners truly don't care about its customers. I had to go to NJ to get great DD service
Great looking Dunkin’ Donuts, great location. Horrible management. I’ve been here twice first time I ordered a Charlie and what I got was not a Charlie to say the least.Today I ordered a caramel macchiato, I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, after multiple customers whom came after me got their cold drinks before me, I asked one of the workers or manager in the front about my order and they basically told me to wait.Customer service and Training needs improvement for sure.
Worse Dunkin ever..it took me 20min for a small coffee..not organized..bad customer service
I’ve been coming here since they opened, the morning staff is not as friendly. And the person that cooks or heard the food me er toast the food long enough. My wraps and roll ups are often cold on the inside and hash browns are burnt. They need to do better.
This particular DD on Piaget in Clifton, NJ has really good coffee and their donuts/munchkins always taste fresh. They are fairly new. Their service is slow BUT there is a labor shortage everywhere so I cannot really blame them. Order on the app if you're in a rush before arriving.
Amazing place amazing staff I was having a bad morning spilled my coffee they said no issues they placed me with another one extremely nice of them And the place is definitely clean and it's on in the top 10% In terms of cleanliness for a dunkin donuts
