Horrible place very very rude, bad employees and they don’t even toast my bagel and she said yes she toasted. And the hash browns I got were out off shape I don’t know why

I actually worked here temporarily last year within the month of December worst experience supposedly the manager Rabia attacked one of my coworkers when my friend reported it to the other manager since there in cahoots my friend was actually fired & accused of lien I’m still speechless about this location I recommend no one go here not only will your donuts be old with nat flys swarming around them but be prepared for your oder to be wrong as well & a long wait ? I felt like Superman in their surrounded by non English speaking robots they can’t prepare simple coffee look at the views before coming here cause the complaints are enormous I have a lot more to say but these where my biggest issues & oh yea they have no bathroom they turned it into a closet so you have to go to racist Corrado’s next door as they stalk & watch you as if your supposed to steal good luck !
Went to buy coffee and the guy who wanted to take our order said I can’t make you the order because I cleaned the machines and the store closes at 9pm and I went at 7pm he was being very rude to us and said go to another store that didn’t clean the machine’s I don’t recommend there service
Over 10 years I drink my coffee from this place was a great not More than five minutes l have my coffee readysince they change the staff over 30 minutes to get my coffeeThe line out of the place
i usually have good service here but lately… COMPLETELY HORRIBLE! idk how many times i make an order through the mobile order and my food comes out either 1. burnt as hell 2 they never get my coffee right (sugar in my coffee when i specifically requested cream only) definitely won’t be drinking that and 3 my donuts are never what i ask for…complete waste of money. are the employees even awake while working or what? that place needs new management or new workers.
Hands down the worst Dunkin ever..totally incompetent its just coffee...mistake after mistake after mistake..waste of time and waste of there own money...
