Went to Dunkin Donuts ordered a grilled cheese on sour dough bread I did not like the sandwich it had no flavor it wasn't toasted or hot they just put some cheese on the bread didn't realize till I got home they also over charged wasn't happy bout the service was ?
We picked up her order of donuts and several drinks today. Our order was complete and missing. anything. I have heard other people mention missing items, but for us, our order was fine.Parking can be a little limited here during rush hour so you might want to park on the side street.Don't forget to use the app when ordering to accumulate points for free items.#Duncan #donuts
Much cleaner than it used to be started going to this location again...sometimes large groups of men congregate in front best not to go near when they takeover...otherwise good clean store well stocked the last time I visited
Used to like coming to this location before the remodel.I feel like the flow of where you order and pick up your order is backwards, you get pushed into the wall or by the table next to the window, feel like the other way was more practical and efficient.
This place will shut down soon because of the manager they have running the place.. nastiest attitude towards customers and works at a pace slower than a turtle. Worst service
Cashier was rude. We were on line waiting to be served and he told the guy in the back of us to come up and skipped us. I said something and he took me and my friend instead.. tried to butter us up with an extra donut. Then they didn’t have straws so i asked the lady making the drinks if i can have a straw and she threw it on the table when i clearly had my hand out to grab it. Very rude and unprofessional.

Girls were nice but the man there I guess manager said no to giving me a little cup of whipped cream for my dog. I got 2 medium drinks paid 10$ like every other spot does it just the espresso size how cheap can you be. This is why I won’t mind just going to Starbucks. They gave it to me after I said all of them do it at least the corporate Dunkin ones but what an attitude I felt like I didn’t want to take it from the energy that was out there. I could’ve asked for whip in my drink what’s the difference … never supporting this spot
