Literally forgot the main ingredient of my order. Made my coffee taste like water and sugar. It was darker then it’s supposed to be, and the worker got frustrated when he was the one not even listening to what I wanted to buy
i never want to come here again, i gave this location many chances but they still mess up my order every SINGLE time. very unsatisfied.
love going here but was a little sad that i didnt get my free donut with my drink for national donut day but lady said only with a large coffe but your signs says free donut with any purchased drink maybe fix your signs that should what pacifc drink next national donut day
Although I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a “small cold cup of milk” for my son. I was not given a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told they didn’t charge me for it, so they couldn’t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had to swipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out) because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn’t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employees announced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook.I can deal with mistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I will be contacting Dunkin’s corporate office.
Staff there are extremely nice. One time we when there late at night before going to the hospital and one of the staff, Chris, was extremely patient with our orders and specifics we wanted about the coffee and he did his best and the coffee was amazing
Just placed an order through DoorDash and the guy let me know that the girl at the store refused to make the drink I ordered as well as the other things ordered, never ordering from this location again and by the looks from the other reviews it looks like bad service is a common occurrence at this DD location.
It’s ice coffee with caramel?!!!!!! here I made bitter and tasteless coffee.
Their Dunkaccino beverage it’s great. The place it’s not that clean. I’m really disappointed that I’ve been twice here and both times that I’ve ask for a Boston Donut they don’t have. Make no sense that they run out of the same donut in different weeks??. Not that happy?
Young girls that works at this place need to do better with customer services. They are very rude, slow, and store is always unclean. You need to wait 3-5 mins to order cup of coffee, because they are busy with their cellphone. This place need a new management team because the employees are very young and careless. If you are on rush do not go to this place.
They always have fresh donuts and coffee which is important and some of these establishment so I gave it a four
