I ordered two burritos bowls and received wrong orders for both. No tomato salsa, no corns, no sour, no hot salsa, no cheese, no lettuce in my order. They missed six ingredients. It was a pickup order and of course there is very long waiting time. You can’t get your order on time.

I live about an hour from this location and had pretty much given up on Chipotle due to both locations by my house going disappointingly downhill in the past years. I had the salad with chicken. The hot parts were hot and the cold parts cold. The most generous portion I’ve had in a long time….like the Chipotle of days gone by where you opened up the lid and found a full container of food and not a bowl that looked like someone had already eaten some out of it. My order on the app said ready at 8:30 and it was done a few minutes early. They were well staffed and the line was moving fast. Only thing was instead of the nice dressing it always comes with I found a container inside of some yucky smelling spicy brown chunky salsa-y stuff. Oh well. Still enjoyed without dressing. Shocked to see all these negative reviews as I have nothing but good things to say.

Yikes, this Chipotle always has the longest lines it's not because of being so popular. You figure I learned my lesson but I went there again as I was in the area. Of course I was easily reminded why I don't go to this location. As soon as I get in a big line which is fine but the reasoning for it is unacceptable. They are short staff and an argument between staff members occurred right when I was next causing 15 min delay. It's funny because the customer is ahead of me seem to know the server as they chatted and once done she disappear. Another server came out 15 minutes later and mind you the line is out the door literally outside! When paying for my food I can hear some argument going on and honestly just unacceptable. Please try to avoid this location.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous and unfair. I do not recommend you go to this location because the staff is so rude. I went to order a burrito bowl and (as always) ask for a bit more rice. They have always been noticeably cheap with their food. But extra rice is NO extra charge. The server says, “that’s an extra charge.” So I ask if that’s a new policy because I always get extra rice without charge. She goes further and says, “Even what I already put is too much rice, we’re going to have to charge you an extra $1.30 for rice.” So at this point I’m so confused. I told her I never consented to the extra rice charge and she’s the one who added the rice to my bowl. The manager comes over and I explain to her what happened. She picks up my bowl and tosses out in the garbage in front of me. She says “let’s start over” and says she will make me a new bowl, this time with less rice. I was furious at this point. Why waste perfectly good food? Do they not realize that in throwing away my rice, they lost more money than adding half a scoop more rice? It doesn’t make sense. I felt patronized and embarrassed because of the manager’s attitude. Stormed right out and got Panera instead. Go to another Chipotle instead and don’t waste your time.

This may be the last time I eat at Chipotle. The food was Luke warm. I always get a bowl and the serving staff just throw the ingredients into the bowl without care. These restaurants are ALWAYS dirty when I go in. They should hire staff to clean tables. There's always food on the floor too. DISGUSTING!! I only gave it a 2 star because atleast the food has some taste. I would rather spend my money at a real restaurant.

After a few visits to this Chipotle, I finally decided to leave a review because each experience there has not been a good one. First off, be prepared to WAIT between 30-45 minutes if you’re going around dinner time.I have even ordered online, so that when I get there I wouldn’t have to wait and still my orders were never ready and I’ve had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the hour that I had ordered online prior to arriving.I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but I did see an employee at each station needed. (A few employees were not the friendliest too.)This is the nearest Chipotle to my house, so I hope another one opens up nearby.

Ordered a bowl with extra rice extra beans steak and chicken this is what I get home and open. Meat only on half the plate no extra rice no extra beans huge rip off never order to go cause they will definitely get it wrong.

Our recent visit here had us wait for quite a bit to get our food. It should be noted that they did not have enough employees working and I am not rating it based on that because of current conditions trying to find people to work.When we finally got to the front of the line the lady that took our order was very pleasant and very patient with us and was able to fill our order correctly and quickly. The second woman packing my burrito did a great job getting all the ingredients to stay in, as I basically had them put everything they could possibly put inside it.The gentleman working the register looked tired and beat down, and didn't have too much personality in the transaction. Again they are very busy and understaffed so I take that with several grains of salt. The burrito and bowls that we got were very well packed with food to the point where it would be easy to take some home and not finish it.I'm not sure if the bathrooms were currently open here, as the time we visited here a while back they were closed and I thought that was ridiculous for a restaurant to have no bathroom.There was open seating however in the restaurant which considering the length of the line all the way to the front of the store, pleasantly surprised me.?If you're going to use the app to order ahead, give them time to prepare it. Don't order ahead in the parking lot and expect to walk in and have it ready. Woman handling takeout orders is brutal. She is rude to people waiting for orders and clearly does not want to be working there. I also waited until 8:30p to get a 8:10p scheduled order pick-up. The place is consistently understaffed causing a slow moving order line (respective to other chipotles I’ve been to)

Honestly, they hardly give out any meat on a pick up order. I opened my chicken burrito bowl and it was loaded with rice and beans.. with bits of chicken. There's better chipotles, I'll go to Rutherford next time. Be warned!
