Ordered steamed dumplings for my daughter, General tos chicken with egg roll for myself, and half chicken with shrimp fried rice for my husband. The food didn't look very nice but we ate it anyway. We all got sick. My daughter threw up all night. On top of getting sick the lady at the desk is very unpleasant. When I called to let them know we got sick she denied ever delivering to our address but we have receipt. Most expensive Chinese restaurant in my area and the food not fresh or safe to eat. I am beyond upset!

My mom order it with brown sauce before and it was white and we ordered from here again and gave her white sauce so when my mom called and tried explaining then HANGED UP. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Also the food is sometimes burnt.

Longer than expected
I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. Woman on the phone was very rude, constantly raising her voice. I received horrific food, the chicken was black, the fries WERE BLACK. Oil is definitely not changed and old. The rice was poorly cooked and wasn’t what I asked for, it was mushy and disgusting. I called to complain and the woman yelled at me through the phone trying to tell me what I ORDERED, saying I WAS WRONG. She then offered to send me what I had originally asked for……FOR 6 MORE FCKIN DOLLARS! When I kindly asked her to learn how to cook rice, she hung up, THE AUDACITY. FAC YU
So I ordered food for my pregnant girlfriend and when the food came and we saw black chicken and black fries and some poorly cooked rice my girlfriend lost her appetite I called to complain. The lady on the phone just raised her voice and cut me off multiple times and eventually hung up the phone when I refused the other rice they would’ve sent for $6 more it’s a very disgusting place to order from….I don’t recommend especially after reading a review about someone finding a maggot in their food ??
Very rude over the phone. I know it’s hard to talk with the mask on and differnt language but yelling because I didn’t hear you or didn’t understand you over the phone three times yelling they should be lucky and I still didn’t cancel my order. Very disrespectful especially now what’s going on I understand everybody stressful but being that rude because I couldn’t hear and understand And the food isn’t that great anyways.
Not recommended business they take 1 hour and they still give you the black chicken they don't change the oil be careful with this business I don't recommend it.
