Drive thru moved fast. No ketchup or napkins given with the food in the bag. Fries were HOT .. Winning!
I have been coming to this bk for the last 30+yrs but this is the last time i ever come back to this place i rather drive further away to another bk then this one. Every single time i go i am missing something i ordered or food is ALWAYS COLD or something else ! There is never any condiment packets. Yesterday's visit was the worst and last they didnt even have any soda and didnt tell any customer that was waiting for over 30 mins for there food inside everyone was so upset and they kept turning there backs at all customers and didnt have an answer to anything the worst service ever.
THIS IS THE SLOWEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER! I LIVE JUST FT AWAY AND I LITERATELY DRIVE TO THE OTHER ONE ON 46 BECAUSE THIS PLACE JUST TAKES TOO LONG .
I had an experience today where I placed an order through the mobile app. After placing the order, there was no place for a refund but I actually wanted to place a more expensive order. Not only did the manager provide impeccable customer service and take care of me, but he also threw in an offer from the mobile app that I asked for too, which they typically don’t do in the store and changed my two fountain drinks to a shake. Needless to say, I left the store a very happy customer! Kudos to the manager here, you did a phenomenal job!
Awful. Bad service at drive through. Food was luke warm, soggy burnt fries, no toppings on Whopper and a $4 seltzer ( I ordered Sprite, they don't check the soft drink canisters apparently). Probably won't go here again...
Worst bk around, the kids who work their are laughing into the drive thru mic and if you go inside they curse and run around the kitchen like it’s a gym. I drive up 46 by little falls if I feel like having bk
Well you guys need a Bulletproof glass on the front where the customers order so maybe you guys should remove that plastic one and a get a stonger one so the workers could be more protect and the doors need some protect and also the order window need protect to.
Zero stars!! So I go there pretty frequently. My order is always the same. I have an Autistic child and routine is EVERYTHING! So it's important that my order is correct! First, the drive thru staff is a joke. They ask me to repeat my order all the while laughing. Then when I finally get to the window to pay I ask them to make sure there is sauce in the bag and extra mayo on the chicken. Yeah yeah is the response I get. I would love for the owner of this franchise to contact me. If I was asked would recommend this BK to a friend, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worse enemy. Kindness and great customer service go a long way

Number 7 with water..but the guy taking my order kept laughing the entire time and had us REPEATING the order over 3 times then asked us 3 more time what drink I wanted..water?Didn’t tell us what the total was either. Like yea it’s fast food but it’s straight up bad customer service..place looked like it was run by teenagers too.
