I wanted to have the baked cod for dinner and I was disappointed that they didn't have any. All I was offered was meatloaf and chicken that I didn't want to have. So I just walked out
It was terrible. They had no chicken, no chicken potpies and no ribs. They only had dry turkey and meatloaf. We had to wait for the sides to be made. They had no straws and no change. Customers who were there said this was not the first time that has happened. It is a constant occurrence. The food quality was terrible. This is an example of very poor management. This Boston Market should be closed down. Someone in corporate needs to take a look at this store. It's giving Boston Market a bad reputation.
Haven't been to this place in so long since the pandemic started. I decided to stop by the other day and I see management and workers changed. It's a whole different crew. The food is ok.
This is not a location you should stop at. The place was super gross and dirty. Employee's were seen doing gross things with equipment and food. Ultimately paid for the food but ended up throwing it away before we ate it because we didn't trust it.
Dirtiest location I have ever been to. Since we walked in, it smelled. The kids were hungry and cranky so we couldn't really drive somewhere else at that moment. Ordering was a task because the waiter was not understanding me. Finally sat down to eat. Food was not at the usual Boston Market standard. High chairs were nasty so I had my toddler sit on her knees to reach the table from the chair. Upon finishing dinner, I went to the ladies room and seriously felt like a dead body was hidden there somewhere. The stench was so bad that I held my breath and ran out. Then rushed my family out because I was scared one of the little ones would need to use the restroom. Horrible experience. Shall never return.
Again!.... It used to taste so great but the flavor is gone really down...! Chicken noodles soup use to be delicious but it's now mainly water and salt...!The service from the ladies there was mediocre at best, asking them for a family meal was such a difficult question to answer for them, the attitude was negative!! No skill as per how to treat a customer!!Bad service and tasteless food!!
Food was cold ❄️ and the machine supposedly was not functioning properly, but still the manager had me swipe 2 different cards, and I was told I wasn't gonna get charged, it didn't go thru, I went out and got cash, came back, paid, went home, and I was charged 3 different times
Cashier was very rude and nasty. She was rushing us to order and also didn't want to make my chicken pot pie?♀️?♀️. I will never return here again. PS. THE ICE AND WATER FROM THE DRINK MACHINE TASTED OLD. THEY NEED TO CLEAN AND CHANGE THE FILTERS.
Went there the other day and 2 young ladies were extremely kind and helpful. The young lady who served me was so patient and kind. Both of them did an amazing job!! Praise these young ladies. The food was a plus. It tasted amazing. Definitely returning!!
No silverware. No corn muffin. No Gravy for a Turkey dinner. No napkins. Spent $11 on my dinner to stare at it. No going inside, drive thru only. Can't eat creamed spinach ir sweet poratos without a fork or spoon. Dry Turkey is not very appealing without Gravy. Horrible horrible service. Wrote to corporate and they said there is shortage on supplies and staff. Why be open then???? I'd give negatibe stars.
