This place has gotten worse since my last visit about 6 months ago. I went around 11:30 am. Only saw 1 employee and the manager, fortunately, place was not busy. Manager took our order- (phone started ringing) at time to pay- he claimed the credit card machine was not working & I would need to pay in cash- basically a cash only business. 2 other parties behind us were told the same. A third party after us apparently only had credit card, yet they were allowed to pay in this manner.Almost all the tables had not been wiped clean- I cleaned my own table. Then, while I sat & ate - noticed the phone ringing again… & realized the Manager was purposely not answering the phone… (in retrospect, it was a 3rd time phone was going through a ringing spell)Not sure what is going on with management- I got vibes that he was trying to avoid corporate or creditors…
I placed an online order at this location last night around 9:30pm for pick up, the store closes at 10pm. I arrived at about 9:50pm to see the the establishment has already closed for the night. I am disgusted that the employees in this location think it is okay to take peoples money and close the store early. I will never return to this location.

got fired for having covid, I asked politely for my check to be mailed out due to me having covid. I called the store also texted the manger multiple times regarding the status of my check and no response??♂️unprofessional.
I love the chicken from Boston market, this is my favorite roasted chicken! We also normally get the family meat which is good enough amount for 3!
Always would go to this location but no more , the place is very dirty and the staff very unfriendly.They we’re out of a lot of items on the menu .Have to look for another location.
Nothing better than fresh hot chicken from a rotisserie as well as a soup outstanding

This place cons you into coming in by sending you BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE text coupons, then trys to charge you full price by adding additional charges for signature sauce, all white meat, etc.
I dont usually makes a review but i had enough.This place is usually good but recently the workers in the place are obnoxious and no personality with the customers the way they serve. They tend to mock you that you go to the store like every 2 weeks. At first its nice that they predict what you want to order. But the time past it feels like they mock you when you order.. especially the guy in the back who handles the chicken who looks like one of the three stooges and the guy in the glasses. Today i order the same thing i order all the time coz thats what my daughter like thats all what she likes to eat. I told them not to cut the chicken and they alway cut the chicken when i check it at home.. am like this is crazy. Are they lazy to get the chicken in the stove?? The reason i want yhe whole chicken is that the cut chicken in the warmer is like mixed cut chicken that is been there a long time and its very dry. I hope the owner of that store will take action and talk to your employees.. and tell them is it bad that the person go to your store and pay once or twice a week to mock them and make fun that you order the same thing all the time.what kind of customer service is that. I hope it will get better. Thank you
