The food is horrible I order pepperoni pizza and the brought me a pizza with everything on it the flavour was awful and the worse was my antipasto I pay $11 and put on the garbage I was the mad the season was black color supposed to be vinager Smell like metal
My experience at Ametis Pizza was pretty good the prices are very good and delivery is a little slow but not that bad. The Chicago deep dish was very good and saucy and a can of Pepsi all this only came to $20 including tip and delivery which is great o would recommend this restaurant for pizza cheap and good.
Don’t order.. sadly it looks like they changed people because the quality of the pizza has definitely declined. They used to make good pizza but unfortunately I will not be ordering from there again. They don’t listen to your order, try to rush you off the phone and deliver subpar pizza. Please think about changing you your staff as they are not up to the previous standards or teach them.
Meatball Parma, Chicken Parm, Chicken Francaise heros, and a large pizza was our Slice app order...FANTASTIC food at GREAT prices and the curbside pickup was seamless. The guy that brought the order to our car was so accommodating??????
I would give them five stars because their food is exceptional and the people are really top notch however it seems they continually commit to delivering or having food ready at a specific time and 30 minutes later it's not even ready what a shame
The customer service is terrible and rude. The man said they can not drive 5 min down the road for delivery because pie 14.97 and min delivery fee is $15. That is dumb on there part. During a time small business needs customers. There is not reason to be rude. If you dont want to drive 5 min down road then get a diff job

Phone orders not written down correctly or consistently. Then surprise not what u asked for.
Don't bother. We live down the street and have tried to support them for years. Every single time we order they are over an hour later than the delivery estimate. They don't even start making the food until we call for an update after they've missed the delivery time. Never fails. They always say they are too busy and today said "some people are waiting up to two hours" as if I was supposed to feel lucky. I've had to claim a refund on a number of occasions for undelivered food.
