Worst Jamaican food i ever tasted. No seasoning on the Mac and cheese or cabbage. The stew chicken is very dry. I would not recommend. Very overpriced for bad quality.
I am picky about Jamaican food. I had jerk salmon, collard greens, and rice and peas. I can't say it was the best that I have had but my meal was good. I have no complaints and will order again.
I was looking forward to trying this. Placed an order at 5:45pm to be picked up at 6:35pm. Received a text at 6:42pm that they closed and could not fulfill order. Their website and google said they were open until 8pm. Very disappointed.
The food is aight but you’re not going to get traditional tasting food like you would in Jamaica. Still I go and I like the food. My stars are more about customer service. I just don’t get why they are so rude all the time like damn sis can I get a “hello how are you, may I help you today?” I went there the other day after not going for a couple of months and everybody just ignored me standing there like I didn’t exist. I stood there for 15 MINUTES! Then I walked out, did an online order on Google, and waited in my car until it was done. Walked back in and still no hello. Just asked me my name (yelled from the kitchen area) then passed me my food and walked away. At some point the food ain’t gon be enough to keep me going cuz baby it ain’t even for all that anyway ??♀️ do better.
I would say 3.5 jerk stir fry was bomb !!!!my family loved the whiting !!’ the oxtails were good , but the gravy could have been better i like a loose thick gravy .. the oxtail gravy was clumpy like the bottom of the pot. My daughter loved the curry chicken as well.
This place is nice and clean and so is the food, if you like sea moss, and jamacian drinks, this is the place to find them.
Worst jamaican food I ever taste, I ordered the oxtails with cabbage. The menu said that it was made with jamaican spices and herbs. Not a spice nor a herd was in that food it was salty as hell I took a few bites and threw the whole plate away. Please do not waste your money going to this place. Not to mention the lady charged me 3.50 for a 10oz bottle of Ting like come on for real but it's all good that's the last time they will ever get my money
Don't even try this place. I read the bad reviews and thought "bad Jamaican food is still good". I was WRONG. I didn't even finish my food (stewed chicken and rice and peas). My wife oxtail was better than the chicken but don't bother as not only is the food bad but it is also overpriced. I'm amazed this place has stayed in business as long as it has...I would give it zero stars but you have to give at least 1 star for your review to be posted...
The staff really need to improve. The two women at the front didn't even say 'hello' when I walked in. They didn't tell me the price until right before I paid (I used a gift card from a friend, obviously re-gifted). I won't be back. I drove relatively far to give them a try. It wasn't worth it.
