Awful place food test like made day's old, people are not friendly at all not helpful. I usually love Tous les Jours bakery item from different stores like New York, Atlanta, GA but not this store. They are making bad reputation to the company. I would never visit this store.
Kind of stumbled in thinking it was your standard bakery. Quickly knew it wasn't after I walked in. Browsed around and decided on a cake. Most fluffy and soft cake I ever tried. Extremely rich in flavor. Chef's kiss. Will be back
Cakes from this place are well made. They look good and taste awesome. Since this place is open, I am a grate fan of their cakes.
I made an order 5 days ahead for a cake. They called me with less than 24 hours notice to cancel my order. I ordered a different cake since they did not have what I originally wanted available and received a call hours later canceling my order again as they did not have this cake in stock either. They offered no alternatives and did not seem apologetic for taking these orders when they did not have them or the ingredients in stock.
Nice variety of cakes and pastries. Ordered a red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. It was a lot smaller than what I expected for the price. However, it was so delicious and taste like no other red velvet cake we've ever had.
I tried to order cakes on the phone at this location, but the male host who answered was very rude, unprofessional and did not give good customer service. I was told to call back later and that they're too busy when I tried to ask what sizes the cakes were available in, and requested writing a message on the cake. Additionally, the host was not familiar with the cake types that were listed on the menu. I'm not sure who manages this location, but please train the hosts on how to interact with customers over the phone. I went to Wegmans instead because there you'll be treated better.
We walked in 5 -10 mins before they closed last night to grab a cake for my husbands birthday. We opted for the chocolate cloud cake. The cake was packaged wonderfully for our drive home and when I arrived home realized we got a cake cutter and matches! Overall very happy with the taste and quality of the cake and packaging. Makes serving the cake so much easier!
I've had macrons and tiramisu at every town I've passed through in my life, they're my favorite of all time. I've never eaten softer, more melting-soft macrons ever before. The tiramisu is coated with the most generous coating of cocoa powder. Both were perfectly sweetened. Almost everything is sugared to death in the US.Absolute perfection. I'll be back again, and soon.
For many years, since it opened in 2020. We have ordered their birthday cakes and purchased their bakery items. I believe we order cakes at least 10 months of the year. We have a large family and each one gets the cake of their choice. The pastries are light, airy and fresh. I love ❤️ every single item we have tried. You can't go wrong with bringing their bakery items to parties or just having it as a breakfast item. They also have a drink menu where my daughters have ordered their tea and hot chocolate etc.. It won't be a wasted trip to go there. And they are open everyday which makes it even more accessible.
I am very disappointed! I ordered a bday cake for my 5 years old son. When I go picked up my cake. It is a totally different cake. There is nothing they can do. My son was so disappointed! Please train your employees to know how to order a bday cake!!!
