It has been a few years since I have been to the Cheesecake Factory and this was a good visit. The family started with 3 appetizers, stuffed mushrooms, nachos and corn cakes. The kids liked the nachos but the mushrooms where meh. More of a side for a steak than an appetizers. Now the corn cakes, they were amazaballs. Get them. Delicious. When it came to the entrees, they were just okay. My husband got the Korean Fried Chicken Bowl and it lacked flavor. Kids portion of spaghetti and meatball is a very healthy portion but the sliders had tiny patties that were over cooked. The meat from my entree was over cooked and dry so that was disappointing. Now to the cheesecake.......all the 5 different flavors were great and a generous portion. You maybe asking "why a 4 star review if the food was just okay?" The answer is the Cheesecake and my server Jim pulled the score up. Good service always makes a place better. All in all I would come back. The menu is very large so maybe we just ordered items that weren't memorable.
I waited and HOUR and 19 Minutes for take out. My Shrimp Scampi was cold/Warm lol. So the Manager Brian is ok. Genesis used profanity at the register and did not text me to let me know my take out is ready and if I did not go inside to check i would still be waiting. 2 other people next to me had their order messed up. They said they were short staffed. Place was clean inside. I do Not recommend for take out. Sad cause they gave me a refund and i just wanted to eat my food hot after waiting over Hour smh. I did not want refund and they offered to reheat or remake but I clearly was not waiting.
Great dining experience as usual. The salmon was very moist, along with the best mashed potatoes ever. They even sang happy birthday to my dad! The waiter was amazing, I wish I would've remembered his name.
Went there this afternoon to celebrate my sister birthday, her food was fine, this is how my food looked. It supposed to been chicken Marsala and mushrooms…tasted horrible, had a nice waiter who did offer to take it back and get me something else. But I didn’t want whoever to send me something worse. I stopped going to the Cheesecake Factory in Philadelphia because their food was bad and now this. The going thing I will be getting from here from now on is Cheesecake! And will be ordering that.
While walking to be seated, I slipped because a waitress spilled a drink. Lots of workers around the spill and nobody bothered to clean it up because they were too busy! Good thing I didn’t fall and hurt myself. Then when we ordered an appetizer, they said they were out of it so we ordered something more expensive that came with half as many as what we originally ordered. My lettuce wraps didn’t have cucumbers as the menu stated they would and they were barely filled. We will stick to going to the Quakerbridge Mall location. That location is much better than the Cherry Hill location.
Its a busy restaurant but I can understand why. Food is good, plates are a little big. Wasn’t able to finish my Meatloaf. Most Families in the US have their own special recipe, but this is also a good one to try. Love the gravy. It’s not expensive and personal is friendly. Will come back.
One my favorite places to eat, because the service is great and there is a large variety of meals to choose from. There's something for everyone.
It's cheesecake factory, you know what your getting yourself into. Menu never changes and is at least consistent. Best thing they have is the mac and cheese balls!
The food was good, but the service terrible. I wanted hot coffee and received it warm without sugar or a spoon. I asked for sugar 3 times and after 10-15 minutes got it and by then not only was my coffee cold, but I think it was the last cup in the pot, old and bitter tasting. Another 10 minute wait and told the waitress about my coffee and was told she would brew a new pot. I waited about 10 minutes and finally asked a runner for some coffee and he took my cup, topped it, and brought back warm coffee. I was expecting a new cup of hot coffee. Once our waitress had other tables we were basically ignored. Also, the girls with any type of long hair need to wear it pulled back and away from the food. The long nails are unsanitary. You need to do away with some of the 12+ 10 minute parking spots and possibly add handicap parking in numbers 9,10, and 11...no need for a curb-cut because the one near the other handicap parking could be used...just a thought, but it is needed. Great you have benches because I needed one as soon as I reached the entrance because after driving around for 10 minutes I finally found a spot 4 rows away. I noticed this CF catered to a lot of older handicapped people. If I wasn't meeting someone I would have left.
The staff had friendly service, food was delicious, and I definitely would go back again.
