Bren is amazing! We love her service and personality. She is always so knowledgeable and knows what we like and want. Bren always takes great care of us! Please bring back the three sauces for the Tuna dish. My absolute favorite!!!!

Our server, Mary, was fabulous. She was attentive, but not pushy. Her recommendations were spot on. We had an extremely minor issue and the manager, Joffrey, handled it professionally. We will ask for them the next time weâre there, which will be soon ð.

It was our 24th wedding anniversary. The evening was absolutely great. It started as we walked up to our table which had little heart confetti going down the center of the table and a card that said Happy Anniversary. The service was incredible MARY was amazing and perfect. The food was delicious. I probably had the best filet ever. When are meal was just about done. Mary brought out a complimentary dessert with candles and took our picture for a memento. We were so impressed with the way our evening turned out. Thank You for a night to remember!

We were quite excited to make our way to Capital Grille for the first time, but what a disappointment! We began by ordering a bottle of wine that they in turn told us they did not have, but understandable, itâs a really good wine. However, my Filet (medium) was dry, and simply just not very flavorful. My girlfriend ordered the sea bass, which was not flaky as it should have been, it was spongey and tough to cut through because it was not cooked. She proceeded to order the salmon which was another 15-20 min wait, and as she cut through that she found that to be uncooked in the middle as well, looking dark pink and again tough to cut. Manager came over to say, âOh man, weâre 0 for 2, im really sorry about that, and I hope we can serve you better next timeâ. He then proceeded to comp our side dish alone, at only $12, (on a side note the Brussel sprouts were phenomenal)! I was extremely disappointed, after having such excitement! Maybe itâs that our expectations were too high, but the at that price point I believe anyone should have those expectations, and satisfaction should be close to 100%, and this was anything but! Mistakes can happen, maybe a younger chef, things just an off night, whatever. The true disappointment was the manner in which it was handled, and the total lack of care that seemed to be placed in our dissatisfaction! Itâs guaranteed we will never return there again, and honestly I hope someone reads this and thinks of possibly choosing another establishment, saving themselves from the disappointment we faced!
