if i could give it 0 stars i would the store says it closes at 12pm i get to the drive thru at 11pm sit there for about 10 minutes and nobody says anything i go around the the window and they see me ignore me and just keep cleaning when the store should still be serving. i do not recommend terrible customer service.
Firstly, the line for the driveway was all the way out to the highway entrance so I went inside with a simple, small order. I ended up waiting 38 minutes for my food. The manager cowered in the back and did not appear to be doing anything about the rush they were experiencing. The employees kept walking away from the food line and it was pure chaos with no plan for a dinner rush. The manager came up front one time to use the register and I informed him "Ive been waiting for a half hour for a few tacos!" and his response was, in a dull, couldnt-care-less voice, "We are busy and we have alot of orders." No apology or "sorry about that"...and as if I couldn't see that they were busy! They gave the drive thru priority and made the entire dining room full of people waited a ridiculous amount of time. All of the customers inside were grumbling about the wait. The cars that were in the drive thru when I arrived quickly came and went. Also, I went back a few days later at the beginning of dinner time and stated I wanted hard tacos with only cheese, and they came with no cheese and lettuce instead. I had to drive all the way back around the drive thru and literally 10 minutes passed and the girl at the window said they couldn't fix my order because they just ran out of beef. Thats their main staple food there - how do they run out so early in the evening??? I ended up getting a refund but it still hasn't shown on my bank statement. I will NEVER go back to this poorly mismanaged Taco Bell again. Taco Bell, get rid of that manager! He does NOT work well under pressure and has no handle on the employees making the food.
Seriously, I'd recommend finding another restaurant. There are wild swings in the level of service and quality of food with no way to predict which you'll see. When some of the tenured folks are there, the place is cleaned up and service is tolerable. When you hit it wrong, expect them to be out of critical ingredients, the tables and floors are filthy, and the wait time after placing an order can run 30+ minutes (truthfully!). At least there are plenty of people waiting that you can talk to. If you use the drive-thru, pack a canteen and a lunch. Overall, I worry the most about hygiene and cleanliness. I've seen people (managers?), wearing gloves, sweep their hand across a counter to clear a mess and then move to preparing food without changing gloves.
THE best Taco Bell in the area! There's another close by, but they're terrible. This one has VERY friendly staff. I'm very picky with my Taco Bell order, with a million food modifications, and they get it right, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This Taco Bell should pride itself on their accuracy and customer friendliness. I hope they never change!!
I regret every single time I come here. Customer service is rude and the drive through is never a simple or easy task. Always way 20+ minute wait. Better off going to anything other Taco Bell location.
My drive thru order was incorrect, went in to have it corrected and the young lady treated me as if I were a inconvenience to her. I explained the issue, asked for it to be corrected and she walked off saying I can't fix this for you. It was a nice young man that came and apologized for her behavior and fixed it. There are enough Taco Bell without having to frequent this one.
This particular Taco Bell is mismanaged and terrible. People were actually taking video at one point because a patron was threatening to physically assault the manager. Very long waits for food (15 minutes for a fast food order), incorrect orders, no condiments or utensils, etc. It was disgusting.
The person on the drive thru is extremely rude! She seems to not care and have attitude when you ask to see if they have certain food. Also, they take around 15-20 minutes to give you one order.
Unfortunately we have ordered from this Taco Bell multiple times, both through the drive through and order ahead/pick up option. You can never go here on a timeline because you could be waiting an hour for your order. Most recently we ordered at 5:26pm and it said 5-8 minutes - my husband went to the restaurant to pick it up and now, at 6:21pm nearly an hour later, is still waiting for our food. Really unfortunate. I know staffing is poor due to the pandemic but if you can’t handle the volume, get rid of your order ahead option - it’s not fair to make people wait over an hour for an order that you’re told will take <10 minutes.
They've literally never once gotten our order correct lmao doesn't matter if we order on the app, the kiosk, the drive-thru or in-person. The order has been wrong every single time for 2 years.
