No idea what was going on at 5/8 at 9:30 this morning, but the lights were out, the doors were locked, there were workers inside walking around, and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no movement. The common thing to do would be for someone to come outside or put a sign on the drive thru window explaining that they were closed or power was out etc. Nothing of the sort. Just let a line of cars sit there literally in the darkness. Unprofessional.
This my first time at this location will not be returning. I go to cashier and request medicine ball. She doesn't have all ingredients. She never checks lady behind ask what type of tea she tells her peach tranquility. I then say thought you don't have that oh sorry don't work at this location. She prepares order needless to say I get tea with two tea bags and water no honey or lemonade. Coffee had to askfor the cream which was on supposed to be on side no sugar no stir and she huffing. Starbucks cost to much to get upset because you messed up the order top it off left store without tasting and couldn't go back.So I get home and I have two peach tea bags Wow!!
Can’t ever go without a coffee! Staff was friendly and I did not have to wait king to get my items.
The service, taste and experience was outstanding. I love the articulated seating arrangement with the soft love seats.
