For some reason my caramel cold brew is always disgusting from this Starbucks and every other location makes it perfectly fine
Today Natalie helped me combine all of my gift cards onto my app account which was very helpful and appreciated. She said she doesn't usually work at this store, but Natalie who was working here on 6/5/22 went Above and Beyond! She was great! Excellent customer service! We've been here a few times and everyone is always courteous and kind! Great job at this location! ?
My daughter order drink and received a receipt and been waiting since 5:13pm and still at Starbucks and it’s 6:10pm they said they are backed up my daughter sick a sweet person and didn’t say anything smh never again!
Listen, i love starbucks. Yea im one of those. Ya know how sometimes the cred card machine is down and u have to pay cash? Well the opposite happened here when i went to get my strawberry accaie however u spell it. There was a hand written sign on the door that said only cred card and starbucks app accepted for pay. How tf can cash be "down???" Makes no sense. Also, this starbucks in particular smells like straight up hamsters and gently worn shoe tongues. The bathroom is always WRECKED like the same dude is going in there every day and just violently unloading his churds. Its a good place to empty the ole bread basket if ya get what im sprizayen. If ya catch my salmon. Na i mean?
Honestly this one is just as bad as Chapel avenue. They rarely give you a full drink. Always so slow because they are so busy. Who in their right mind pays $6 for “room” in their drink?! I want every last ounce and no I don’t want it watered down with extra ice. ? I’m honestly done with Starbucks they disappoint me time and time again and I keep thinking next time will be different but it’s not. They don’t have pride in what they put out to their customers. The barista should feel some kind of way setting this out for pick up like oh let me fix that but nope. Get it together I’m just asking for a full drink that I paid full price for!!!!!
the baristas here are always so nice but todays visit really made my day, i decided to treat myself to some caffeine since i can't usually have it and the woman on the register (i believe her name began with a K and she had two cute space buns) was so so sweet, complimented my dress which i was initially so self conscious about since i'm massively pregnant lol, and she was nothing but smiles and politeness ? all of the baristas making drinks were so nice too and working quickly and efficiently with how busy it was inside plus how busy the drive thru was. i hope someone in management sees this and gives them the praise they deserve because they truly are all so nice! also my drink was delicious!!1000/10 recommend this starbucks. you guys rock ?
Good coffee and snacks. That's not up for discussion. Only getting 4 stars because the wait/parking lot situation is nonsensical. I only do mobile pickup at this place, and even that is hazardous. The people waiting in their vehicles for the drive through take up the whole lot so you can't get into/out of a spot.
When you order a Venti iced caramel macchiato but get a giant 30oz cup no extra ice and all milk. I order everyday and $7 for a coffee to taste this bad and be this wrong is just sad.
This is a large and when I asked why it’s not full they said cause it doesn’t use alot of milk. Never heard this excuse before. Lame.
Very bad drink taste like milk and sugar not coffee.
