The burgers were good but I personally found the area (tables)not cleaned offAfter finding one that looked cleared off watched as a person used one wipe to clean off the tables..Floors too needed to b swap.Unfortunately my friend found a hair in her ?, they did replace with no problem ?...I don't think I'll b returning anytime soon..?

The food was delicious. The portions sizes were great. The menu is limited, not many options to choose from. I enjoyed it but this place is a once in a while type place for me.
Delicious as always. I always stick with the Shake burger. Sad the parm truffle fries are limited time only ?Update two months later: The customer service at this location is always amazing. Everyone is friendly, courteous and polite. I have had many encounters with the manager Maddie at this location. Always exceptional customer. If by chance there is ever anything wrong with my order, she handles it accordingly. You can tell she is smiling under her mask! Good customer service is so hard to find at fast food restaurants but this is not the case at Shake Shack Cherry Hill. Fresh food, clean tables, clean bathrooms. 10/10 experience, would recommend!!
Good burgers! Great fries! The burgers could have been done with a little less oil. Restaurant have a good space and it is fairly clean. We will come again.
Shake Shack is always a solid option however I will say that for this visit we tried their buffalo chicken sandwich which was way too wet to be easily edible.Otherwise, it was normal Shake Shack quality which means great burgers and fries.
We’ve been here about 4 times already since we moved to the area- and our food has always been hot and very good for fast food. The 2 managers (older male) and one female - I forgot their names - have always been helpful to us in figuring out menu choices and using the ordering kiosk. Place is kept very clean. Our grandson loves the hotdogs (100% beef).
Amazing. First time I have been. Had a cheese burger and cheese fries. Good quality, didn’t feel ugh afterwards like other fast food burger joints tend to do.
Raw chicken alert.As much as we love shake shack I have to give you 1 star after our visit today.The chicken nuggets were really undercooked. Literally raw meat inside. I only found out because my toddler didn’t finish 1 piece and I decided to try some. When I bit into it I thought texture was a little funny and then I saw that it was half raw!!!! Omg my baby might’ve ate a whole plate of salmonella in it and there was no way of checking it!!! I couldn’t take it back, didn’t want to be one of those people who complain after they’ve already finished a whole meal. But this is unacceptable.If you serve anything chicken It definitely has to be cooked properly.Huge alert for parents who trust you and not check their kids plate.
Only their shakes and design in the restaurant are mid. Burgers and sandwiches are nothing special and are super overpriced. If the price was reduced by half then they might be on to something.
