My salad was brown, and the little ranch dressing smell like it was sour !!! That salad was not one almost $13 !!!!

I found an acrylic nail in my salad. I went to chew and felt something hard. I spit it out and it was a French tip acrylic nail. This place is unsanitary and clearly doesn’t wear gloves. Just view the pictures below. When I called because I had already left the mall they offered me a free salad as if I would trust ever eating there again. Salad works is definitely canceled in my book. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had a turkey club salad delivered, while everything looked okay, the taste of the salad was unbearable and I could not eat it. It tasted like chemicals or plastic. My friend tasted it too, and agreed. I’m not sure if it was the dressing or the pasta, or something else. But it left a really bad after taste and I had to throw out almost all of the salad. If I hadn’t had it delivered to my house, I would have brought it back.
