I gave it 2 stars for cleanness and because the cashier was nice. But I was highly disappointed with the lack of knowledge from the person preparing my bowl. I asked for a Southwestern grain bowl as is, meaning as I had read it on the on line menu. After she insisted on calling it a salad, I asked that she made sure it was quinoa and kale, she gave me brown rice instead and almost gave me romaine instead of kale . She asked again what I wanted. I'm thinking " you're the one who works here, shouldn't she know what to put in it? " well to my disappointment I got to my office to realize the reason she got most of my ingredients wrong because she gave me a Fire roasted cabo salad in a bowl intead of what I had specifically asked for several times.........no pumpkin seed, no raisins, no onions. She got my entire order so wrong I even want to tip $ reimbursed

Ordered 2 avacado BLT sandwiches along with a salad. Took the order home to my wife and daughter. The BLT sandwiches had NO bacon on them. How does that happen???Very disappointed. Its not like the place was busy. I was the only customer there.

I’m here once a week. Store is always clean, staff is always very friendly and professional and salads are on point.

I went in today for a meal and was greeted by the friendliest employee, Alex! He and Saul who had the kindest smile made my experience great and I hope to see them again!

Usually I do not have a problem with this store. The last few times I ordered from this store, the tomatoes were really bad to the point I get sick. They have had bad tomatoes and nothing has been done about it. I went back today and ordered salad again, there has been nothing done about it. Tomatoes are bad and I can smell it as soon as I opened the salad. Salad is not cheap and expect to go in and get a good salad and not get sick.

Salad was great, staff were pleasant, only 4 stats because they didn't have quinoa without rice mixed in.

This Saladworks - when it was at Sawmill Village- was always a favorite for me and my family. Not sure what happened when they moved across the street to Barclays. Today (Saturday), I went over to get early dinner for family. Sign says closed at 4 (why?) but I got there by 3:50. I wanted to get soups and salads. The girls (not the courteous adults that worked at Barclays) behind the counter said soups were already put away..(”We always put them away 15 minutes early.”) I said we really wanted soups, but the head girl wouldn’t budge. Okay then the salads. Many of the ingredients were not on display. One girl scooped out pasta from under a counter (who knows where?). The mesclun lettuce was not in sight, so I agreed to the romaine out of a big vat. I said that it wasn’t even 4pm, so what was the rush? No answer there. When I got home, my receipt showed that I had be charged for 2 items which were substitutes. I had said no olives and no noodles, and subbed in tomatoes and sunflower seeds. (Tomatoes turned out to be less than fresh.) Charged extra $1.58 for those two ingredients. Really. Next time will try a diff salad place, like Honeygrow. This was just ridiculous.

Best Saladworks location I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly and patient, and the ingredients are consistent and fresh. Best bang for the buck when it comes to salads - this place is doing it right.

Drove to get my favorite salad. Empty store, NO SIGN. Bad move and publicity! Disappointed!!!

We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve!
