Food was amazing and good but seems like the burger shrunk and the fries was actually counted 10 fries and the dipping sauce was half of a container so i only had sauce for 5 pieces of fries. Last time I was there 2 month ago they was serving a good amount of food and I couldn't even finish it up but this time I was like what just happened Smh.they kept asking me if I wanted more fries cause they knew they serve me very little. ?????
The food was good although I didn't get all of my food because the server didn't put in my whole order. I ordered a burger with fries and a drink and an order of Buffalo wings. All I got was the Buffalo wings. Once it came out. On three separate instances I had to as for blue cheese and then napkins and then a plate for my bones. I finished my drink and put it on the edge of the table showing that I was in need of a refill but the young man(server) must've walked by my table at least ten times within a span of fifteen minutes and not on did he take notice to my cup or stop by the table and ask if we were ok or needed anything so after about 0 minutes I went over and spoke with a female who happened to be the assistant manager and explained my concerns and she pretty much dismissed me and my concerns and continued on with what she was doing. I can't remember the last time that I felt like I did in a restaurant as I did this day as if me or my business didn't matter. These employees defiantly need better training because that is exactly how you lose business.
Luke was an energetic and bubbly server. He got everything we needed in a timely manner. He remained professional at all times and made sure we felt comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly. He even dressed up for Disney day “dipper”. Will be back hope to have luke again!

The food was amazing and the service was great everyone was so friendly. My husband got the monster burger which he loved I got the California Chicken Sandwich which was delicious. We also shared the pretzel bites mozzarella sticks and wings everything tasted amazing
The order was wrong after opening the container. No sweet potato fries. The burger was no mayo, there was mayo. The 2nd order the burger was burnt and dry. The wings and chips order had the very bottom of the wings were there isn’t any meat. The was the worse oder ever. And we drove over 25 mins one way to pick it up. Horrible. Still waiting for Katie the manager to give a full refund as promised.
Dined in. Only a 30 minute wait on a Friday night. The service was fast and courteous. The food and drinks were average. The floors needed to be swept, and the little device on the table that you use to pay needed to be wiped down - it was very sticky!
Lunch was OK. Good if you aren’t expecting anything fantastic. Garlic fries were a bit too greasy. The bottomless salad is OK, though you only get very small portions each time (slightly bigger than the size of a cup of soup). I had a veggie burger that wasn’t too bad. It certainly won’t beat a veggie burger from Harvest Seasonal Grill, but then again you aren’t paying for fantastic tasting , healthy cuisine.The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and there is plenty of handicapped parking. Staff was fairly friendly. I would not normally go out of my way to eat at Red Robin, nor do I normally eat fast food, but it was convenient place for my friend and I to meet for a quick meal and chat.
They have the BEST burgers I've ever tasted! The tables are clean. The service was great. They care about their patrons.
Good restaurant, service the last time I went was less than attentive and my burger was served on a dirty plate. I really like the Red Robin brand. I eat here a lot, which is why I gave it four stars.
