Dim lighting, from what I saw it was clean. Huge area for seating. Jazara was our server, pleasant attitude and good energy. A couple of our mussels were not open(about 5) and it was replaced with a whole order?. All the food came out hot. I definitely recommend using the Red Lobster rewards, I was able to use a reward to try the Lobster and Artichoke Dip was amazing.
My husband and son took me to Red Lobster for Mother's Day. The lobster bisque soup was amazing, and my house salad was delicious and fresh. We shared calamari which was over cooked and chewy but taste overall was good. We ordered 1lb of crab legs and 1.5 lbs of cleaned and Steamed live lobster for the table. The crab was fresh and amazing, my lobster was quite rubbery and chewy.We were too full for dessert. Overall a good Mother's Day dinner!!

Hungry with no food!!Ordered food at 6:47 with a delivery time of 1 hour. I could see on Door dash the driver was there but the food was not ready. At 8:05 PM I called the store and they said they would check on it. All the sudden at 8:10 PM the dasher had the food. The store never came back to talk to me with an updat and at 8:30 I had been on hold for 25 minutes with the store and food arrived after almost 2 hours time. $94 bill for take out and terrible service… Cherry Hill NJ
The lobster tank was empty. The restaurant was empty. It was a pitiful sight; servers sitting at an empty bar doing their paperwork in a near empty restaurant. We hadn't been there for a while and were shocked at the rising prices on the menu amid the Omicron outbreak. Thankfully, I was with my beloved family, and we had a nice time at a huge booth table. But with those prices, it may be a long time before we return. They just tweak my sensibilities.
Exceptional service this evening from Fred. The food was as good as we expected and of course, we always expect good service but what made this visit more impressive than usual was our waiter. He was on the ball with everything we asked for which was challenging given the amount of tables he was serving but what was really impressive was that this was only his 2nd day on the job. Kudos Fred! You made the evening so much more pleasant.
