Had an event catered from this location and it was such a great experience. Everyone loved the food and we had so much of it that no one felt like they had to hold back on portions. A lot of our guests had never had Qdoba before, but I think we have some converts now.Had a little snafu the day before (I don't purchase much fast food and such a large purchase was flagged by my credit card company as fraud) but everyone in store and at customer service was great at getting the issue resolved and so reassuring from the onset.
Great service even though all workers called out sick this Saturday and left one nice gal by herself. Give her a lot of credit as she had a lot of online orders printing out and a line behind us. Hope owner values her and gives her a raise AND definitely next time call for some backup!
I went in the store happy to order until the lady kept sniffing behind the counter. The next thing I seen was her wipe her nose on her arm and hand. Me waiting for her to wash her hands and arm. Omg she doesn't and waits on the next person in line. Hell no ? I kindly walked out
Qdoba, this store has really declined. Not sure if it’s related to staffing shortages but I used to come here for work lunch breaks and this store has changed drastically for the worse. Here was what I witnessed:-leaking soda machine upon entering. Water all over the floor which was not mopped…dangerous-ingredients missing, no pico de gallo or brown rice-main assembly area for meals had trash/plastic containers all over the floor as well as food remnants-no silverware/cutlery, napkins in main dining area, I had to ask for theseStaff was very courteous to me, so no complaints there. But the store just looked very disorganized and frankly a bit dirty. Unlikely I’ll continue to visit if this is the new normal.
The food was so good, but the Quesadilla was better than everything they had. The price was great & the soda selection was great!
I’m not eating here, the place is filthy. I don’t mean lunch mess, I mean old dirt everywhere. I wanted Mexican food, not Mexico. Gross. If the front end is a mess, the kitchen is always worse guaranteed. It needs a scrub down and a new manager.

Place was busy when I came in but the people behind the counter took care of the orders quickly and precisely including my order which was fantastic on top of that I had a few issues and questions about the rewards and Yani helped me to better understand how to earn and use my rewards. Will definitely be coming back!
Delicious! Selection of ingredients is so much better than the C alternative. Staff is always super friendly. Order in advance on the app and your order will be ready for you. And you can earn points toward your next meal.
Food is bland! I thought I had covid when I tried the beans because they literally tasted like nothing. (I don’t have covid). Chicken is bland, if you ask for fajitas expect to get two onions because they don’t give you a good amount of veggies. Guac is awesome though
