Tough to find good bahn mì in the area but they do it right it here!
First thing we noticed when we walked in was that the place smelled cleaned, however don’t be deceived. There were small flies flying around which were a bit annoying and at least one or two got in to the fish sauce that was on the table.Second thing, I am all for restaurants buying economy size and reducing waste and refilling containers but when your sauces have labels on them that are deteriorating it’s time to get generic bottles, in addition you should routinely clean the toppers and the bottles which didn’t appear to be the case. The food tasted good, but we’ve definitely had better. We really wanted to enjoy this place but it’s unlikely we’ll be back. While the dishes were priced under the competition, it was made up by smaller portions of both noodle and meat.
The food was pretty bland compared to multiple places I've been to for pho. My mom ordered a can of soda and it was 5 months past expiration. It just wasn't a great experience.
Ordered veggie pho and they didn’t label the broth, which was confused with house pho. As a vegan this is super upsetting. Pho looked like literal slop with three pieces of tofu. What a waste of money.
I grow up eating Vietnamese food all my life, I also love trying and supporting new Viet restaurants. This was the first but sadly the last, I order the special combo rice platter, SMH the veggies was old, soggy and smell. The pork chop wasn’t grill properly & doesn’t taste good, very greasy/ fatty, The rice was soggy.. I hate to say nothing was made correctly. Disappointment!
The food was flavorful. The service was not too bad, it just took a little longer than expected even though there was barely anyone there.
Great pho place and the broth is very tasty. Unlike other places that dump MSG in broth, this is doesn’t taste like it. From a Vietnamese guy who eats pho multiple times a week, I definitely recommend them!
First of all, the actual pho here is terrific. The broth is flavorful and the meat is perfectly sliced. Unfortunately, that was the best thing I can say about this experience. The server was kind, but clearly not up to snuff. He forgot my wife's tea multiple times until she stopped asking. He failed to bring any of the bean sprouts or basil. The food took nearly 35 minutes to serve, which is practically unheard of in a pho joint. Also, the peanut sauce for the summer rolls was not very good, and my daughter had a bug on hers (I ate it for her instead). Overall, the experience did not make the tasty pho worth it and I will not come back, nor can I recommend this place to others.
Excellent Vietnamese restaurant on Rt 70. So many great choices.
Amazing food, some of the best pho I’ve ever had. Great and friendly staff. Very patient and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. 110% recommend.
