I had not been to a place like this in a long time. But i did enjoy the quality of the chicken and the waffle fries. The Oreo shake was also pretty standard as i knew what to expect from that type of shake.
So i got the new chicken tender sub. It fell apart as soon and i unwrapped it. And the chicken so so tough i couldnt eat it! Very disappointed I wasted my money! Also i had pull up past the drive through and wait for it and it was not worth the wait let me tell you!
No soap in dining room sink, worker said they are out. Womens bathroom door broken does not lock, I walked in on another female by accident. All tables dirty. This place needs a real manger to pay attention. Coke machine completely OUT of Ice!
All the food was fresh and hot. Spicy chicken tenders way better than Chick Fila. Honey BBQ sauce is the best I’ve had from a fast food establishment. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Clean, shakes were good,Fries I would recommend different flavor fries, parmasean cheese, or garlic and herb, maybe chili fries...Chicken was juicy and cooked right, thick piece of meat, crispy too.But nothing to say, WOW, THIS WAS GREAT, it was very good.
Had an issue with Door Dash not picking up our delivery on time, called the store and spoke to Corey who was apologetic, explained that situation and was very nice. He even followed up the next day with a call and offered me a free meal for the inconvenience. I understand stuff happens but great customer service is hard to find these days. Looking forward to my free meal!
Went to PDQ in Florida all the time. Food and service were almost always great. Went to this local location in Cherry Hill, NJ where we now live. I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews but I’m tired of spending my money on overpriced garbage I can’t even eat. The fries were so old and overcooked they had no potato inside of them, see the photos.Went a half hour before closing. No grilled chicken, grill closed half hour early. No milkshakes, as you could guess. No mac and cheese left. The clincher was they were out of coke, Coke Zero, Dr Pepper, we finally settled on sprite and lemonade. Lemonade was sugar water no lemon flavor. The sprite was seltzer, no syrup. Asked if we wanted any extra sauces, didn’t get them. Even after asking if they were in the bag. I didn’t even want to go back and ask for them, I was over it by this point. They had us pull into a numbered spot while the person was walking out with our food. Out of our meals the sandwich was the only edible thing. She also kindly gave us 3 free tenders that had also been sitting there all day and were super old and soggy. We didn’t even touch them. Save your money. I requested a refund from the location. I will update when they contact me.
Ordered food from here tonight. The food was cold first of all. Secondly there was a large piece of jagged broken plastic on my chicken sandwich. I bit into it and almost choked. I will never go hear again.

I see new faces all the time so maybe there’s my answer, also wait at the window for atleast 2 minutes before someone come to it. I asked can my food get done fresh it was definitely heated and disrespected I worked for fast food before I was giving the same food in the same bag back. No Seasoning or salt and the fries look like they been sitting for 2 hours
