Worst experience ever! I placed an order online and was a few minutes late. I stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me but they wouldn’t. As they were leaving I asked them what they did with the food that wasn’t picked up, they clearly stated they threw it away but they were carrying my order with my name and order number on the receipt. I’ve been trying to get a refund but their online customer service is a joke. They respond without even acknowledging my issues and concerns and suggest I join the rewards club. So I paid for food I never got and their employees took it home and I paid for it! Sorry but that makes everything they make taste disgusting. Another company fleecing Americans. I personally don’t think we need businesses like this in the country.

I used to love panera breads, but it's changed so much the bread doesn't taste like it used to taste it's actually dried out and everything is so salty especially the soups.I went last week and got chocolate chip bagel and then did not taste fresh it was hard and dried.and it was messy not clean tables were dirty, trash and food swas on the floor.Customer service was good.

Nice place to eat and work. HOWEVER, there is no microwave at the cherry Hill, NJ location, like at all other locations. Who wants to eat a cold cinnamon bun?? I don't. The staff would not accommodate me and warm it for me in the back. Terrible. I was willing to not have the ability to heat up my large coffee when it cooled, but the cold bun is unacceptable. Apparently, the manager has been saying they would replace it and have yet to do so. Please fix this asap. I want to LOVE you Panera!

The system doesn't allow me to give it a zero, but that was my intention. This has to be the worst Panera meal I have had. I stopped going to Panera many years ago because their prices kept going up while the portions kept getting smaller. The few times I stopped in between was to buy coffee and pastries. I didn't touch the rest! Well, today I was driving by and saw the ad for the "NEW Chef Chicken Sandwich". And I gave in. When I saw the total I couldn't believe it: The sandwich costs$11.50!. IThe chicken breast was dry and didn't taste fresh. You should send your kitchen staff to The Habit, down the road, to learn how to cook a good chicken sandwich.

If your looking for an inconsistent Panera Bread, this is it. If your looking for cross contaminated food, old food, this is the place to go. This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been too and honestly I will never step foot in here again or order food from here.

Was served nothing but broth and a couple of carrots as chicken noodle soup. Obviously this was a BIG JOKE!We waited over 25 minutes to "FIND" the Manager. She must have been hiding and laughing in the back. No offer to make this meal right - I took my refund and left.BTW - Dining room was filthy - tables and floors full of debris. On your receipt - "Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we will fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know."Associates we asked for assistance - Staff at order pick up, two cashiers - MANAGER ...NO treat only TRICKS!!

Always worth a visit. Ordering from the app is quick and easy.

I'll start by saying that this location was super busy when I went. Still, I was pretty let down. I used to go to Panera because it was fresh and consistent. Its been a while since I've been there and I probably won't go back.I had the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. The broccoli cheddar soup used to be one of my favorites, so I was excited. This time though, it was just so bland. The pasta was overcooked and mushy. Overall not a very good meal. I did take home cinnamon crunch bagels and they're just as great as they have always been! The wait was about what I expected given the rush. The staff did their best but they were clearly overworked and they only had one person available to take orders. They have self-service kiosks but you have to have a MyPanera card to use them.I don't think I can blame any of this on this particular franchise. I think Panera corporate needs to step it up.

Food was solid. But the Wi-Fi is AWFUL. Dialup speeds. I think a 56k modem might be faster...."You've got mail"

Very bad attention and those who serve me with a very bad attitude served me a raw meal maybe because I am Hispanic, I ordered a Bowl of teriyaky chicken with broccoli the worst I have ever eaten in my life
