Went through Drive thru was told if I wanted chow mein I would have to wait 7 minutes. I agreed, parked. Waited 20 MINS called them because their doors are locked, was put on hold for 5 mins, called back told 2 more minutes for shrimp which I ordered as well. Ok wth I got time I already waited 25 mins. Food was brought out went home, opened my order I was missing the Shirmp?! And another side…called, asked for the manager, told them the problem the missing sides, she just kept on saying mmhmm after I explained the situation, I asked what do you mean mmhhmm?... She asked me if I wanted to go back to get the sides, Um no thanks! I don’t want to wait 30 mins again. Asked for a refund but was told I need to go back so they can see the receipt. Cool again I don’t have nothing to do on a Friday between 6:30pm and 9pm. Let’s see if I get a refund because when I asked are you going to give me a full refund? the manager on duty 5.6.2022 from 5pm-9pm, just said mmmhmm.

There’s nothing express about this panda. Pickup time was at 715 and we didn’t get our order until 8. And the rice was not cooked. It really took 45 minutes to undercook rice. Impressive. 0 stars.

So I made a mistake and thought they had forgotten the receipt to my food. I thought this after just leaving and checking my bag and not seeing the receipt right away. Anyway I go inside and wait in line to speak to someone. They were getting busy and were not able to help with my issues at that time. I needed to get back to my hotel to eat and get ready for bed. The manager I am assuming Terrell asked me to write down my order and phone number because I said it would be ok for him to text me the receipt. This was an awesome way to handle the situation. I needed the receipt because I was on a business trip and my company would only reimburse my meals if I had a receipt. When I got back to my hotel room and started laying out the food I found in the bottom of my bag the receipt. I felt very foolish. An the today I received a text containing the receipt. So I am writing this review as a way of thanks to Terrell and the crew for helping out with this issue that I caused. They are great patient people that have follow through. I hope the right people read this review and give them the accolades they deserve. Thank Panda Express crew you guys are awesome.

Rice is always undercooked and hard, portion sizes are ridiculous and the food is nasty/inconsistent. Picture is what I received for (2) orders of beef and broccoli. Every time I come to this location I regret it, but it’s the closest to me. This gotta be the worst Panda in the US and it’s a shame because Panda is my favorite.

We were really excited to try this fast food Chinese option as the pictures reminded us of Chinese food we got from a mall in Delaware. The guy behind the counter was very accommodating and even let us know there would be a wait since they would need to make more Kung Pao chicken. The smells, the sounds, the look of the food…we were psyched to try it for dinner.Once we got home and I opened up the fried rice our excitement waned. The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy, it even had bits of scrambled egg (nice touch). Unfortunately it had no flavor, so bland. The Kung Pao chicken was also very bland.The saving grace, sort of, was the Wood Fired Shrimp. There was some flavor, not as much as it looked like it should have considering there were green beans, peppers and onions.I give two stars because of the customer service at the counter. The food is only worth one star.

Online order doesn’t say if the indoor dining is closed so if you place an order online and it’s closed you have to sit in the drive thru anyway to pick it up. Staff are friendly here and the food is good as always just corporate needs to note that when you order so your not wasting your time waiting in the drive thru.

First time me and my boyfriend were going to try this food it took about five minutes to even get someone to take our order and when we did the girl at the drive-thru was so rude soon as we were about to tell her our order she said “I told you to wait.. “

I went to this location around 215pm. I went Inside instead of the drive through. There was a man cleaning the windows and floor and was the only employee to acknowledge me. I stood at the counter for about 7mins as employees were making orders. Again no one addressed me to say give me a moment we’re be with you. Finally the woman making food stops and says we only taking card at the counter no cash. I said well thank you for actually acknowledging Me and informing me after I stood around for over 7 mins. I then left the store. The customer service was horrible.

Last night I purchased the Sesame chicken and beef and broccoli and it was awful. Now today I have food poisoning, I’ve been vomiting, body aches and having diarrhea since 5am this morning!!! I have never felt this bad in my entire life. Please be careful eating here

Close the store down. What store you know open on the inside one day and closed the next and only the drive thru is open? Move this store from this location because it's not going to do well. You better off going to another Panda location or just ordering Traditional Chinese food.
