I don't care what people say about olive garden being real Italian food, their food is good. Ordered the Chicken tortelini alfredo and Chicken masala. Both were good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Worked at this establishment for 2 days; came from a different location after 6 months with no issues. I have worked in or with over a dozen different restaurants; both fine dining and casual. This was the single worst managed business I have ever seen in my entire life, let alone worked for. Multiple health code violations at any given moment being committed in the kitchen; from silverware visibly having food from previous guests being brushed off BY HAND before being given to other unknowing guests, to employees eating off of guests dishes prior to serving them. No verification process for employees who claimed to be vaccinated not wearing masks, as in no proof of vaccination requested upon beginning to work without a mask either in the kitchen or front of the house. Regardless of whether or not these things are company policy, or STATE LAW, they were ignored completely during the time I spent there. Furthermore, management became belligerent upon requesting to verify a dispute in tips at the end of a shift; resulting in personal insults and attacks when asked to explain how and why the specific amount of money was owed to the restaurant.Olive Garden has consistently been the single most disgusting, foul and unclean establishments I have ever dined in and/or worked for. This is not to mention instances that I witnessed while working at another nearby location that included management being made aware of LIVE COCKROACHES in the actual salad mix, REMOVING THE COCKROACHES, and then SERVING THAT SAME FOOD TO CUSTOMERS; this happened on multiple occasions and there were other employees present to witness.Needless to say, I recommend never ever giving your business or time to any Olive Garden establishment, as the management, cleanliness, and overall culture could not have been more appalling during my 6+ months with the company as a server who never one time accrued a customer or management complaint.Put simply, the company in my opinion is trash, and although there are exceptions; managed by trash people. My only regret is that I did not record the disgusting conditions as proof. I assure you, any research into other former Olive Garden employees' testimonies will result in similar stories and opinions.
It was nice clean, and to my surprise the antique model is still preserved @ this place. Which is really nice and people were also nice and friendly and food as usual nice.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Derrell L. We sat at the bar on an early Saturday and it was swamped and completely sat, and he was the only guy working the bar. Great service, he made sure every single person at the bar was taken care of. Nice too. Didn’t ever think I’d leave a 5 star review at an Olive Garden but he was honestly that good. Food was good too.
This location is pretty big. Seating all over. And the waiter was very nice and friendly
Avoiding this location from now on. Apps were cold on arrival, after we received our entrees. Drinks arrived after we finished our salad and soup. Waited for 2 boxes as our server passed by 3 times. At the end of the meal, we left the second attempt at calamari that was charged a second time and then comped off the check. Have no qualms about leaving 11.49 on the table for corporate(Charge for the first attempt at calamari) to get out of there faster. Service sucked. Still tipped generously because everyone deserves a living wage. Olive Garden, do better... This didn't even meet the bare minimum.
I've been eating Olive Garden for years and they are always great in taste. I always get alfredo chicken and their house salad which btw is unlimited. I always get so full that I can't even order another salad. The calamari was a bit overfried at my last visit but it's usually not like that.
A great dinner!! We had the Tour of Italy and the Shrimp scampi. Both were delicious. Our waitress was very nice and our food came out quickly. We also met the manager who was extremely pleasant and gracious. Great night ???
Not what it used to be. The food was decent . Salad and breadsticks were the best part. I ordered shrimp scampi. Really didn't taste like much of anything. The spicy shrimp appetizer was pretty good though. My waitress was phenomenal. I'd go again just for breadsticks and salad.
We decided to have our annual holiday party this year at Olive Garden. These were peopleI used to work with - most of us retired or unemployed. So we were r looking to spend a lot of money on a more expensive and upscale restaurant. The food was decent and plentiful. We also had great service too. I really do enjoy their endless breadsticks, soup and salad bowl. The restaurant was not crowded for our Friday lunch. So no complaints.
