My wife, kiddo, and I came here and it was the best Japanese Restaurant we have ever been too. My wife got the bowl of Ramen and was the best Ramen ever. Bowl was big enough each of us had some. My wife and kiddo each got some sushi that was very good.Myself I ordered 7 different Sashimi and it was by far the best I have ever had. Picture included. When we got our check we each got a warm towel to wash our hands and a plate full of watermelon.

A pic is worth a thousand words. I’ll just give this, inflated prices not reflective of the leftover portions. The manager stated oh it’s seven pieces. Then why did the others get the premium pieces and we were left with scraps. Most hibachi places separate the cooking by parties. This guy took 2 different parties and merged them together. They group that came after us got better peices. The chef cooked it for the us and the people who came after us. He gave them double the portions and us 1/4th the portion. The other party of 2 of 3/4 of filet mignon. Never again ?

Staff very nice, Was expecting a bit more of Japan's flavors....Will he back, was very good, the fusion type foods were very good!! I wish we live a bit closer, a hour drive for some good food is not that far but when we commute daily it is a bummer driving farther then our commute to eat is the reality..But for the food, I just on occasion it's worth it...My spouse enjoyed chatting with the staff, and again our food was fresh, nice twist on a bowl of soup! I do wish they had the options on the same soup, a more Japanese traditional tasting soup as well as the veggie loaded they served.. but it was awesome never the less..You won't go wrong with their sushi bar, very fresh and many choices as well.. You can't go wrong, give it a go, enjoy a little bit of Asia right in Cherry Hill area...

This has been one of my favorite sushi restaurants in the Philadelphia suburbs for nearly 15 years. The fish has always been very fresh and I'm impressed by the size of the rolls every time I go. What amazes me even more is not just the longevity of this restaurant, but the fact that the quality and service has remained top notch since my first time there. While some of my other favorite sushi restaurants in the Philadelphia region have come and gone, or gone through a decline in the quality and size of the sushi, Mikado has remained incredibly consistent. Living on the other side of Philly in Delaware County, I still find myself venturing across the river for a date night with my wife when we're in the mood for our favorite sushi in the region.

I only rate when thrilled or disappointed…and I was thrilled! The presentation and flavors impressed this seasoned foodie. Celebrated a nice romantic dinner , Everything was absolutely amazing at the end of your meal they give you a towel to clean your hands and it’s warm and bings a sense of comfort ,I give it 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will be back for sure

Eh i got shrimp tempura (that how i judge my sushi shop) definitely not worth the price, shrimp tempura is too dry, and tasteless. Feels like a $3 sushi roll. I ate at many sushi places. I cant stop suggesting sumo sushi. Best best best.

Best Sushi ever. I have tried sushi all over and these guys are the best. They have great service and are very friendly. Highly recommend. You haven’t had sushi until you ate here.

Always have fresh sushi. Ordered shashimi and a special roll. The Scott roll and the Lynn roll is our favorite. The fried banana dessert is yummy and so is the fried ice cream.

I was really excited to come and eat here however was instantly disappointed when we came in at 7:50 for our reservation at 8 we waiting about 15 minutes and I had to ask when a table would be ready just to be told “it’s 8 now. Soon” it was already 8:05 when I asked. We then sat down and weren’t greeted by anyone until 15 min later.I was given the miso soup and salad pretty quickly after ordering and when I had set the plates aside for them to be cleaned up the server asked “are you done??”We didn’t get served out actual meals until 50-60 minutes after sitting down. And weren’t served them together.I think the main issue is that we came at a peak hour and there are only 3 servers working a packed restaurant. It’s also really loud in here due to all of the tiled walls.
