Delicious food, great customer service by the server. I wish I knew her name. She was amazing. June 26th between 2pm to 4pm. We were 8 people total.
Have been coming here almost every Sunday for the past year with family. Waiting times can be very long during their busy hours, but the Longhorn website allows you to register on a short-term wait list, which I use often. Call them if party size is 5+.Booth seating is comfortable and spacious. Table seating is somewhat comfortable, but a lot less spacious depending on party size and table assignment. Every table we have eaten on has been thoroughly cleaned. Every table has salt, pepper and sugar packets available. Tableware and napkin/cloth is provided by the person that seats you.Staff have always been polite and respectful. During very busy hours, they can get things mixed up, or service can get delayed. However, they are quick to fix any issues we have had with our orders.Food has been excellent. There is a good variety of menu items and sides.The location is accessible and has plenty of parking spots. The interior is softly lit, with a TV equipped bar at one side. The restroom is easily viewable and accessible. Everything is spaced out nicely and doesn't feel cramped.Manager Ruddy Aquino noticed our regular patronage and gifted us coupons for a free appetizer or desert. We thank him for his diligence and kindness, and hope to see him again soon!
Easter Sunday lunch. 12oz ribeye medium rare. As you can see from the cut, it was exactly the way I wanted. Absolutely juicy and tender. Not chewy at all but just melted with every bite. The only complaint I have was the baked potato was slightly undercooked but everything else was great. My family enjoyed their dishes too. Excellent food and service at the Cherry Hill location. 4 1/2 ?
The shrimp appetizer was so good. Tender filets. Idaho baked potatoes. Ice Cold salads served on ice cold plates are a real treat.
Visited this place to celebrate a birthday and the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths.When we got the bill we noticed a 'scan to pay' feature so we scanned to our phone and paid. On leaving I was aggressively accosted by our server who demanded 'you gotta pay' , and 'you need to leave a card or something' all in full view of everyone. The server did not ask if we already paid, or even check to see if this could be a misunderstanding.It was so embarrassing. We were shocked. And there was no apology when I explained that we used the scan to pay feature.Why offer a feature if none of your staff knows about it? Or at least teach then how to clarify if the person sauntering out has paid vs is trying to run without paying.We won't return of course.
This was one of the better longhorns I have been to..... The food was excellent, steak was cooked to a medium perfection, and the loaded potatoe soup was amazing..... But most of all the staff was very very nice and that's a big thing for me...... Greeted the second I hit the door seated right away (off peak hours) and the service was smooth.......
ordered two appetizers and two drinks. drinks arrived with no comment about when appetizers would come out. bottled beer didn't have a glass. asked for one. also asked if the appetizers were coming. we were told, yes. no other comment about them. a few minutes go by and waitress returns. asks if we're ready to order our meals. we again asked about our appetizers and said, we wouldn't be ordering our meals till after we received the appetizers. waitress returned 10 minutes later with appetizers. there were only two other tables with diners. when we sat down, we were the only ones there. the soup appetizer just needed to be dished out. what was the delay? was she going to serve our appetizers with our dinners? another thing. why does this restaurant offer two sides with meals with both being potatoes?
Great food great service can't complain at all
We were a party of 9. We called to check the wait time before heading to the restaurant. We were told there was a 45 minute wait. We asked to hold a table and arrived about 10 minutes before the 45 minutes was up.Maybe it was the fact that we were 4 adults and 5 children, but we were refused seating for the first 20 minutes. They kept saying they didn't have enough staff to handle our party. All the while seating other parties of 2-6 people.After 20 minutes, they said the wait was now 45 minutes to an hour.I then pretended to go live on Social media, exposing the manager and hostess. Surprisingly, 2 minutes later, they came up behind me and said they'd have a table for us in 10 minutes.As we waited 10 minutes out, 2 couples leaving the restaurant stopped and mentioned that they noticed the "mistreatment" we had received.We were seated and tried to enjoy our meals aside from the poor welcome and near denial of service.I would NOT recommend this restaurant for professional service, however, the food was decent. Plates were rather plain....
