Great selection of drinks and food. Service was fast and friendly.
Love the drinks but the app and the customer service are awful. Ordered on the app and arrived when stated only to wait 10 more minutes for an online order. 30 minutes for 3 drinks? The manager’s response was a shrug and a “sorry, we got busy.” Terrible customer service. Do better!
My step daughter loves the bobas, That’s why they get four stars but I took off the star because I tried their appetizer fish balls with squid but I didn’t know they had squid and they were terrible.
I ordered a drink with no sugar then they gave me the one with 30% sugar. I came back and asked if they can give me another one without sugar and they told me the drink can't make without sugar. I have ordered exactly the same drink at the another king fu tea locations and never heard that before.
Great milk tea, my favorite part is milk cap. Bathrooms are nice and clean too.
Worst customer service ever! This is my first time trying this location; I always go to the Philadelphia location. I ordered a Lychee drink and I didn’t like the pulp that was inside. I explained to the cashier I didn’t know it had pulp because the one I usually get in Philadelphia doesn’t come with it, and she simply told me that’s how it comes and I would have to pay for a new one if I want something else. NEVER AGAIN…. I had no problem paying for a new one, because that’s what I did. I ended up getting a mango smoothie but if you see a customer not satisfied, you try to satisfy them as best as you can!
To start this review off I’ve been coming to this Kung Fu Tea since July 2020 and I’ve probably spent more at this place then any other restaurant ever, my very very first drink here was a very good coconut milk tea which promptly ended up going out of stock after my very first time and by the time it came back in stock it tasted nothing like it used to, it tastes like Vanilla coffee creamer then anything else now, im writing this as a fed up customer who the last 5-6 times in a row ended up getting an order messed up or wrong, just today I ordered a coconut milk tea and it was a clumpy un-evenly mixed mess that I couldn’t even finish, and its not the first time thats even happened. I frequently order the Coco Cream Wow, I ask for no ice in the drink as im a slow drinker and by the time im halfway through the drink it’s completely watered down, however the last few times I’ve went I’ve been argued down and told that ice is a MUST even though plenty of times before I’ve had it cold with no ice, the reasoning being the Boba is hot but in reality its lukewarm at best. I’ve had it straight up completely hot as thats a menu item option and its much much hotter then the boba they insist ‘needs’ ice. I used to recommend this store to friends and family but, my friends and I will definitely be going to other stores from now on.
I like this particular location cause it's just a standalone kung fu tea. As of this post, some of their indoor seating is finally open!!! If you've never been, you're def in for a treat. My go to is a honey tea with milk cap which is like frothed milk that's a little salty on the top - sounds weird i know but it's absolutely delish. and then i get aloe jelly. there are plenty of other options and combos if i haven't convinced you on this one. we come here almost once a week - never disappointed.
Pretty disappointing. I'm not a bubble tea person so I can't speak to that, but I have ordered a coffee and a hot tea from here. The coffee was fine, nothing special. The hot tea was disgusting. It smelled like rotten fish. I couldn't drink it. There was something wrong with it for sure. I ended up just going to wawa and getting a hot tea from there. Not planning on coming back, sorry.
The service was great and fast. Quality of the tea is phenomenal. I've never had the food at a kung Fu tea though, so I can't speak on that. I was glad to see they are opening their dining room too.
