I thought IHOP was an excellent choice for dinning there today. Place was clean, the waitress we had was a delight, we ordered our breakfast and didn't have to wait long. I definitely will go back there again in the near future
Service was poor. I asked for ice tea, and they were out. Then, we asked for ice coffee and brought hot coffee. The turkey melt was good, but the avacado slice was paper thin. Asked the waiter for box to take half my sandwich home. He was busy talking to everyone at the cooking station then moved on to host counter so I waved him over. Asked him for the box and he said he forgot. We also waited a long time for our sandwiches people who came after us were served before us.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors were not very wheelchair accessible
Me and my family went to this IHop yesterday for the first time and it will definitely be out last. We got sat, ordered our food and got our drinks. While waiting we saw a RAT in the back left corner of the restaurant on the floor just sitting there. I gasped and i told someone right away and she said that shed tell someone and never did. I got up to talk to someone and the manager Diane came up to me begging us to stay saying she’d pay for our food. After telling her absolutely not she said any time in the future if we dine in or get take out that the bill will be on them. I will NEVER be taking her up on that offer. I highly recommend never coming here! Absolutely disgusting!
Great IHOP to stop by. Smaller than others we've been to but with a great punch of hospitality and one of the best, great server I've ever encounter in our travels name Ashleigh. It was a busy morning but we got sat at our table quickly, and our order got taken by Ashleigh without any mistakes and got serve very quick. Her service was amazing, quick and witty. Best service ever!!♥️
So we like going to IHOP we go maybe twice or three times a month. We were in the Cherry Hill area or we were in Camden at the hospital we want to go to IHOP the closest one was in Cherry Hill so we went. We're from the Burlington area Burlington City to be in fact the IHOP in Burlington county or Burlington New Jersey is horrible there will be no one in the place I'll be late make you wait for waiting and there will be no one in there and then you sit down and you order the food and sometimes it takes forever to food could come out and then be like five people in the whole entire restaurant. So we went to the one in Cherry Hill we will no longer be going to the one Burlington anymore we will only go to the IHOP in Cherry Hill will be like the one in toms River. We sat down in the Cherry Hill IHOP and our waitress was so polite and said I will be right with you and she was super busy. 2 minutes later she comes back we get a drinks in our food order and within 7 minutes everything came I've never been to an IHOP where my food has come out in less than 10 minutes we were completely amazed and we told the waitress how happy we were and the manager was completely happy as well so I suggest place to anybody
Absolutely disgusting. One table had dishes on it from customers before we arrived and no one took it away. We asked for spoons for our coffee and the waitress said no more spoons! We had to use knives to stir coffee. We had to ask for half n half. We got a booth n the seat was all ripped. Waitress never came back to ask how everything is. Floor is dirty. I felt like I walked into a time warp. It must be the first ihop ever built. Small, original tables etc. first n last time here. Totally disgusting. Pancakes were not that great. Kind of rubbery. This place needs to be shut down by the board of health. Very small restaurant. We did not see any busboys to clean the tables. We complained and they gave 10% off each of the 3 checks.We know places are short of help but if your so short of help stay closed until you get more help. It took awhile to get our change for our checks. Pancakes were cold and had to ask for warm syrup. We did not get our proper change back of $2.00.
I used to love going here!! Today I ordered breakfast to be delivered to my job for me. I always get the same thing when I order from them but today def made it my last time going here! I can make my own breakfast. They sent me mystery meat disguised as steak tips which were mushy and way undercooked, burnt my bacon I had to pay extra money for, and gave whatever they felt like not what I asked for when I paid for it. The worst!!! Don’t eat their meat!! It’s not real!!

Didn’t like the lack of social distancing/ covid precautions . Place was placed back to back. Waiters don’t wear masks except for a couple . Waitress asked would I “like a straw with my drink ? “ .. since when wouldn’t folks want a straw.. she lost point for that. Seated fast but would prefer my server to wear a mask and sanitize /wash hands after touching multiple surfaces .. not a hand sanitizer station in sight !
