Wasn’t really feeling the Customer service and took long for the food to come out

Server was excellent, we didn’t wait for anything but to get seated😉

Good! Went for the thai chili wings and was happy they are still amazing after all these years!

This visit, one of many to Houlihan's Cherry Hill over the years, was by far the slowest experience we have had. Understandable for there to be staffing shortages or other factors that take place, but just communicate that. We spent over an hour (5:15-6:50) here during this visit for a soup, salad, the pasta special, and fish tacos. The waitress came once to say the food was coming and about 20 minutes passed before it did. The soup came out last, something I assume is already made and just on heat until ordered. A refill on a glass of water never came. When my party was done eating, we had to request the bill and to pay by another server or manager (white shirt and dress pants). We never interacted with the original waitress after our food was brought and when we did pay and got up to leave, there was no acknowledgment of us. No goodbye, come again, nothing.

There were a lot of gnats flying around our food. Your trying to eat and have a conversation while you waiving bugs away inside the restaurant.

We waited 45 minutes before we asked somebody what happened to our food. They told us there were new cooks. The ketchup bottles were almost empty. The food was horrible. We would never go back there!!!! If this happened when the restaurant was almost empty, what would happen if this was a half-filled restaurant.?

Service was fine, the problem was the kitchen. Clearly they could not keep up, we waited an hour and a half for our food. Our server was inexperienced and started to bring out items as they were available, because he knew we were getting impatient but it’s not a great way to do it. When the food did come it was poorly prepared, the fajitas I had almost no vegetables, just a few pieces of onion. We did speak to the manager, but were rebuffed and nothing compensatory was done. Most of our family were servers, so we try to be more understanding than most but this was really a poor experience.

Both my husband and I ordered from the Prix Menu which states choice one appetizer, one main course and one desert from this menu for $21.99. My husband ordered the 4 oz filet and I ordered the scallops over risotto. Our server stated that both choices had a $4.00 surcharge, was that "OK?". We agreed but thought it shouldn't be included in this Prix menu if it wasn't $21.99. Other than that the food was good (as expected), it has been awhile since we came here but the food was still as expected. The server was very attentive. It was a quiet evening beings it was 4th of July weekend. It's usually a bit noisy but we are fine with that.

Food was tasty and the 22$ menu was budget friendly but good. Service was really slow but, the waitresses were friendly.
