Intimidating! I have been a regular customer always praising their food. I was told by a female waitress that the new dish had the same vegetables as the previous dish I just ordered since I said that I only wanted the vegetables. I came in the next day and she was my waitress again. The new dish had just onions and scallions for vegetables. I ordered my previous dish and sent the onions and scallions back without eating it. The men working there said that next time order right or I will be charged for the food I send back. I have never complained about food there before, but I am too intimidated to come back because they are blaming me for their mistake. Also, when is it OK for a resturaunt to charge a customer for food the customer cannot eat because it is not made like the resturaunt said they would make it?

Decent portion for the price.Authentic northern Vietnamese cuisine. (Emphasis on chicken specialty- think chicken pho, chicken rice etc)

As someone with a Vietnamese background and who was raised on homemade pho. I was disappointed. The broth is flavorless and the portion for a $13 bowl which is more expensive than in Philly I was definitely upset and won’t be ordering from here again.

Food is authentic and delicious. I always order the pho ga and vegetable spring rolls, which are wonderful.

This is a very good Vietnamese restaurant. I love Pho. Highly recommend!

Gave this place a try , ordered the grilled beef with rice and was soo dissapointed with how skimpy it was all rice and like 6 small pieces of beef, if i worked there i wouldnt send a platter out looking like that wish i wouldve taken a pic but i was hungry, i dont care to pay almost 15 bucks or even 20 for a platter but dont skimp out like that , trashing the menu order at ur own risk !

I was disappointed to hear that Pho Garden, which used to be at this location, permanently closed. But Hanoi Cuisine surprisingly turned out to be a better replacement for it. The interior got remodeled and has a pretty cozy atmosphere in the evening. Ordered the P5 grilled chicken pho, and it was great.

I left very disappointed because I was really looking forward to eating here based on the good reviews. My pho had so much noodle that I can literally make another bowl with it. It had a sweet taste to it but lacked flavor at the same time. Vermicelli bowl had mostly noodle and iceberg lettuce and a few grilled shrimp. Summer rolls had a lot of noodle, iceberg lettuce, and shrimp (the most basic it could get). Grilled beef with rice had no flavor. Best thing I had here was chicken salad. My only complaint about that was the dressing was very syrupy

Food was fantastic. Customer service not so good. I ordered and waited 30 min for food. Meanwhile people coming in after me, placed orders and had their food. No one addressed why it was taking so long either.

My husband and I came here for a quick lunch. Customer service was horrendous. When we sat down, we waited 15 minutes before someone came and asked us what we wanted to eat. The food took another 15 minutes to come out (mind you they weren’t packed at all). The food was bland, literally no taste at all. There was a Vietnamese couple that came into the restaurant after us, yet they were seated and waited on immediately. The waiter even refilled their water when they were eating (they never glanced at my husband or I to see if we needed a refill). When it was time to pay, they gave the Vietnamese couple their bill and disappeared into the back. I told my husband to just walk to the register and stand there until someone came out. When my husband told him that no one came to our table, the man said “sorry” and proceeded to continue what he was doing. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The food isn’t even the same. Don’t come here!
