Saturday, March 26th 2022 was the best day of my life. I married the love of my life and our wedding day was beautifully seamless and our experience surpassed all expectations due to the wedding day coordination and sumptuous catering services provided by Roxanne DeHart and Foodwerx Caterers. When my now husband and I discussed what our priorities were when it came to our wedding day, our number one priority was a no brainer: food and beverage. My husband and I love to eat amazing food and most of our fondest memories involve enjoying an amazing meal! Our wedding food and beverage had to be incredible and the decision was made to look for and hopefully secure a top catering company near Mt. Laurel, NJ for our wedding day. A bit a research and abundantly positive Google and Yelp reviews brought me to Foodwerx Catering. Along with their catering packages, Foodwerx offered the services of a day of coordinator, Roxanne.Going with Foodwerx and utilizing the services of Roxanne was the best decision we made regarding our wedding day. Roxanne’s attention to detail, planning, timeline management, coordination of vendors, communication, vast experience, aesthetic, logistical expertise, and most importantly, warm and kind heart are everything a couple needs to ensure that their wedding event exceeds every expectation. Every bump in the road or unexpected turn of events was handled calmly, promptly, and professionally. Adding additional décor flourish to our reception area; she handled it. Adjusting our timeline to ensure that our photographers got cake cutting shots before our contractual end time; she handled it. Last minute realization that a generator was needed for the outdoor kitchen; she handled it. Simply put, she worked magic at every turn to ensure that we had the best day possible.Now, the food. There are almost no words for how incredibly the food was prepared, served, and how much our guests enjoyed. Our families are not easy to please when it comes to food. Therefore, cookie cutter lukewarm generic wedding food was NOT AN OPTION for our day. Foodwerx surpassed all expectations by providing food that was scratch made on site, served hot and fresh, and was unbelievably flavorful and delicious. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for all of Roxanne and Foodwerx’s tireless efforts. Bottom line, if you are looking for an exemplary culinary and wedding day coordinating experience, look no further than Foodwerx!!
I’m so sorry to report that my granddaughter wedding brunch was subpar. After speaking to Nick a few times, a very lovely gentleman, I was so excited to experience his food and excellent rated staff.The grilled vegetables were ice cold (are they supposed to be?) The highly rated French toast with cannoli cream was hard , as if it was stale bread. I was really expecting more since the price for breakfast food was $50 per person. Debbie our server was kind and attentive. Of course the shower was still beautiful due to attention to detail by my daughter but I was really expecting a little more.
We used Foodwerx to cater a small party for my daughter's first birthday. Everyone was blown away by the food! From the presentation to most importantly the taste, it was all spot on. Can't recommend them enough! We will definitely be using Foodwerx for our next event!
Foodwerx catered our small (25 people total) wedding and reception at the Moorestown Community House on December 4th. Nick and his team are professionals through and through; our server (Alyssa) and our bartender (Charles) were personable, prompt, and kept everything running smoothly. EVERY dish we had was delicious -- our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the food, and there was plenty to go around! Thank you, Nick and the Foodwerx team! We know who we'll be contacting now any time we need an event catered ?
Foodwerx caterer my wedding on October 10, 2021 and everything was beautiful, organized, and delicious!! Everything was taken care of and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Having Roxanne as our coordinator made the whole day and planning the event seemless. For about 10 months leading up to the wedding, Roxanne was available to talk for any questions that we had and checked in with me frequently. She went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Our guests raved about the food provided by Foodwerx from the unique, beautifully displayed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour to the buffet dinner and desserts. Many said it was the best food they have eaten at a wedding! We had quite a few guests who own or have worked in restaurants for a long time, including my husband and they were very impressed. All the staff including servers and bartenders we're professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend Foodwerx for your next event! You will not regret it!!

I write this review with such great pleasure. I have been a client of Foodwerx for at least sixteen years and recently had the joy of using them to caterer my only daughter’s wedding. There has never been a time they haven’t been amazing and it was sixteen years ago I knew they would be the one to do one of the most important days in our lives, so much so that finding a venue was second to it. Nick and his crew are second to none! At our very first meeting with Nick he listened to our vision and his mind went crazy, the ideas seem to just fly out from his brain to his mouth and our excitement level was insane. Nick and Foodwerx are more than just food they really are artists, the presentation is stunning. Our guests raved about the food, many expressed to us that you just didn’t eat like this at a wedding. Forget about those old fashioned traditional dishes, this will be food your guests will not forget and talk about time and time again, especially at the next boring wedding they attend not done by Foodwerx. Let me talk about this superior team of his, with Roxanne at the helm it was flawless. Roxanne communicated with us every step of the way always assuring us that every detail was handled and she killed it. Another detail we heard from many guests was that the service was wonderful, they actually used the words “they felt so taken care of”. Each and every person was pleasant and happy, and just there if needed. As a mom, you hope that your daughter finds a good guy who is loving to share her life. And when she does, its on to planning a wedding. Oh the fun and stress you will have. But Roxanne, was with us every step of the way. So many phone calls, changed dates, covid restrictions and she handled it all gracefully.Now the food… I’m a picky eater, especially with seasonings. Foodwerx was the first of our taste testing. It was so good, they were hired right on the spot.Two years later, the food was still fabulous. We had the filet mignon and stuffed chicken. It has high quality meats and the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. It was also displayed beautifully and Roxanne took every detail into consideration.Roxanne and her crew were incredible.I couldn’t have made this wedding what it was without her.They were constantly bringing out hot, fresh passed appetizers. They were courteous, professional and friendly.Best team aroundDid you know they also bake? The sweet table was also top notch. Nick was fantastic in getting a menu together with 5 days notice for my pandemic wedding in my backyard. Cindy, our amazing server, was the best! The food and service were excellent!
