We walked in were told a 30 minute wait. What we weren't told is anyone who scheduled a table online bumped walkins. We have been to 1st watches on many other occasions but seems the new software ignors courtesy of not letting people jump in line ahead of you. After an hour I figured out what was happening & asked the manager if this was in fact the case with the software pushing us down in que. His answer was yes & nothing he could do. Sad but what we will do is never go back. Mindless software work flow to dehumanize going out to eat.
Did have a great experience the first three times I visited(yes I said three times). Today was totally different three new menu was good, not the watermelon mint drink not a fan at all. The purple haze was amazing! The new quesadillas are really good, very flavorful. The grits will need salt and pepper. The roast beef sandwich with the tomato soup, the soup alone is amazing! They're always busy so don't think your going to find up front parking, that's a good sign for business. The prices aren't too high, and overall I'd try then again!
Ordered from here before and it was just okay. So I thought I'd give it another go, but I'm not impressed, and usually I wouldn't say anything but hey why not tell the truth. The sandwich had little to no avocado on them and I'm sure that's what we as customers are paying for! I didn't return them, I just simply tried to enjoy them! The staff was friendly, and as always the restaurant was packed with tons of guest.

First Time @ First Watch... and I wasn't disappointed. They have an abundance of options to choose from, which I loved. The service was great. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I informed the waitress it was our first time at the restaurant, she gave us samples of popular drinks and games us great recommendations. Was there about 830a on weekday and it started to fill up comfortably. I will definitely come again.
It was my first time here. The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent. Definitely one of the best places to eat breakfast wish they stayed open all day and night.
Purple haze lemon lavender cane suger butterfly pea flower tea..ohhh my goodness ? ? so good taste like what lavender would smell like so comforting ? so I also have the floridian French toast and a side of Greek yogurt ? ? im in heaven right now. Gotta go cuz im being phat right now.
The food is excellent along with the staff!
