On 2nd floor. Need an elevator. Good acoustics for getting the ear-splitting music to all the guests.
I can't say enough about Ellen and how she accommodated us to the fullest. The lounge is an affordable, place to have any event. The upstairs has such a beautiful layout and then there's the downstairs if you have something small. Most important, was the customer service I received. In the end, Ellen just wanted me to be happy. Thank you.
I hosted my 31st birthday party at the elounge and it was amazing the venue is beautiful and the caterd food was even good. Barry and Ellen are an great couple with a great and very personable. i would def recommend for anyone.
I loved the atmosphere. It was clean and you were able to do social distancing with ease. The staff was very friendly and treated everyone with a smile. The staff moved around the room to collect trash about ever 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend the E Lounge to others.
My husband & I paid for our daughter’s Sweet 16 in full in March 2020, which was to be held at the end of that month. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule and ultimately cancel the party. Owners Ellen & Barry agreed to refund us the money we paid, minus the initial deposit. They did pay some of what we are owed, but not all. They also have chosen not to respond on 3 occasions within the last month+ we have reached out to check on the status of the remaining balance we are owed.

Amazing!! Wish there were more soda options at the open bar though.
Great place to have a party, the staff and owners were really nice, helpful and professional. My husband and his family all left there with nothing but great things to say. We would definitely book them again for our events.

If I could give this venue a zero I would. The venue is beautiful however the service is horrific. My sister had to cancel less than two months before her wedding because Ellen was forgetting appointments. Forgetting the services orders such as catering. They got more furniture 2 months before her wedding which made her now not have space for the tables in her reception but she was told she would have to pay for them to remove the new lounge furniture the day of her wedding inspire the fact it wasn't there at the signing of the contract. She would otherwise have to work around it if she didn't pay them. She was told she would have to pay more for them to open the door the day of the reception for us to decorate. No bride wants to be so stressed but she had no faith that they would not ruin her special day based off the service they provided. She was lucky to find another venue so close to her day but was unable to get a refund inspite their carelessness. Compared to these other reviews I see I wonder why my sister was treated so differenly. Smh
