The young lady who made the iced green tea wasn't friendly at all. I will never go to this location anymore. The iced green tea didn't look like green tea at all. The color of the green tea was so light. She had an attitude when my dad asked her to make a new one. The guy who worked at the counter offered to make a new batch and it looked better. This location used to have friendly staff.
Extremely rude ! I placed an online order with very obvious but different request . As I seen the lady making my coffee I did explain to her that I didn’t want what she was putting into my coffee. She then got mad & rude , saying something to the other female in their language NOT TO MENTION . I ask if my iced coffee had sugar in it 1’d the lady said “no” and literally threw the creamer on the counter at me without saying sorry. This was my first and last time coming to this location.Remember, that when people spend their hard earned money with you treat them right.
I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years Mon-Friday faithfully. Never had a issue food and drinks are always right. Only thing I don’t like is when I have my hand out to receive a straw or a receipt, it’s placed on the counter instead. I don’t think the staff mean anything by it. I just thought that by now they’ll catch on. It’s just common courtesy.
