This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The customer service is horrible. They don’t listen to orders at all. I asked for a Medium iced coffee with Carmel swirl. They gave me salted Carmel instead and the taste just wasn’t good. I swung back around in the drive thru and told them I what I asked for. They made another iced coffee the same exact way with the salted Carmel syrup. I told him no just the regular Carmel swirl is what I asked for. The man was mad and made it again, this time not enough cream but whatever I drove off, began to sip the coffee and looked at the cup to see a darn strand of BLACK HAIR! I didn’t go back because I would’ve honestly thrown the coffee in someone’s face. I will be responding them to the health department and calling whoever is the franchise owner. The worse location around.
Disputing the order with my bank! Update the phone number listed on the website and google. They literally handed me an ICE COLD avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. NOTHING was toasted. NOTHING was warmed. I am disgusted. I literally wasted my money.
Been going here on and off for years. Sometimes everything is perfect. Usually not. Today I got an egg and cheese wake up wrap that wasn't folded, looked like a pizza. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with butter, which is what the paper on my bag says, but got a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese... you try and call but their number is disconnected. Ridiculous
Gia (woman taking drive thru orders) and Gagan (male at the drive thru checkout) are the worst people I have came across. They are very hostile and rude. The guy who was checking out did not want to help me with anything and didn’t explain anything. He started yelling at me and threw a fit when I simply asked him to scan my member ID. I will never ever come to this Dunkin location again. They are so rude and the woman was giving me dirty faces and was talking about me to her staff. I quote in her words “these customers are so dumb they don’t know anything but they want to come here and get coffee” I have never had a service this bad before. This was a service I will never use. I will also cancel the member ID loyalty card with them.. because this service at this location blew me away. Please save your money and time. My food taste like soap but the coffee is good it’s just their service that is the problem. Never again! Find better employees!
I went in here looking for hoagie got kickewd what p with that???!!! YYall some hoagie haters man never going back again. and my coffee was dry asl!! (dry?? that stuf is liquid) (like literally how breh) ??!!

This location use to be pretty good. Lately it's been rough ordering from here. Not sure why but my order has been getting messed up. I only ever get two coffees with flavors. Most of the time they don't put the flavor in, or they give me iced coffee when I asked for hot. Past 2 days they handed me the wrong stuff. Just today 5 minutes ago I ordered a medium hot pumpkin macchiato, go to the window she asks, that was a medium macchiato? I said yes with pumpkin flavor. She said ok got it. Hands me a plain macchiato with no pumpkin... smh time to start going somewhere else.

As someone who opened a Dunkin store and trained Dunkin managers Ive never seen a worse Dunkin in my life. Do not go to this Dunkin in Cherry Hill unless you want the wrong order and extremely rude service. I can only recommend if you like getting yelled at by people who dont know English dont understand customer service and excel at terrible food service.
Worst dunkin ever.They locked front door.drive-thru was open no-one answer and i went to window she doesn't want to service to me.SHE Said go back to drive through .Lost 15 minutes .No service.
