Homeless man sits on curb at drive through and harasses & accousts guests. Owner turns blind eye. Not too different from Philly DDs, except this is Cherry Hill. Stay away!!!!
Customer service was excellent I did the Drive-through.I order 6 donuts The cream doughnuts and the glaze doughnuts were fresh the Boston Queen donuts were horrible.They were hard and they had a after taste.
Their sweet ice tea was old and not sweet. Muffin was dried out as well. There are DD all over. Give this one a skip and try a different one.
I always love a Dunkin Iced coffee, but in all honestly I hate the drive threw just like any fast food restaurant the ppl taking your order are always so mean n unwelcoming!! The only reason I go there is because it's Dunkin donuts!
Absolutely awful! So sad that Dunkin went in a tragically wrong direction in the past few years. I waited in line for over 25 minutes until I left. They have no clue on how to establish queues. They had one person taking care of a problem order. They had another taking care of drive through. The person at drive through should have went back and fourth from drive through to front end until both lines were gone and the problem situation was gone. Never again.

Like why aren’t you open 24/7 ? Why do you close so early on the weekends? Great drinks, kind people, just need more hours for the night people.
I don't remember being at Dunkin Donuts, but may have stop in location to meet someone quickly. I also enjoy anything I get at all Dunkin Donuts locations!
Always go to this Dunkin id1878 donuts generally have a great experience this morning Was not that great at all.. After placing my order through the drive-through I went and paid it.. I saw a homeless person as I was paying I then proceeded to ask the clerk if they can please Add a coffee and another doughnut for me to give to the homeless person at the end of the driveway... It clicked behind the register was very nice and filled the order.. However my experience after that with The young Caucasian lady was very unsettling She proceed to tell me that I was not allowed to pay for another order at the drive-through after I have already placed mine The clerk Behind the register tried to explain but she wasn't trying to hear his explanation.. I proceeded to tell her that it was for the homeless person and she did not care needless to say I am boycotting this Dunkin id1878 donuts.
When I got there at 8:15pm on Sunday, they told me they were closed. According to staff they close at 8pm on Sundays. Not 9pm. I think the staff there just makes their own hours to leave early, because this happens often at this location. False advertising with hours.
