I asked the girl to make me another hot chocolate because the one she gave me had the same color and flavor as the water, she made it quite angry, he gave it to me in a dirty glass, when I removed the lid I could see the chocolate powder on the surface. When she gave it to me I tried to be nice and I said omg thank you very much and I apologize for the inconvenience she didn't even look at me she just gave me the chocolate as if I were an animal. The worst costumer service!! And they are always angry at morning.
Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered Frozen Coffee and it’s taste is really bad. We don’t pay to get bad coffee and bad customer service!
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNAWARE STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT ATLEAST 3 TIMES The staff there is new they have NO IDEA how to properly make the menu items THE FLOORS AND COUNTERS ARE OFTEN FILFTHY THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THE MALL GUESTS DESERVE BETTER.
Terrible attitude by young female employee yelling at customers
Staff was beyond rude. Extremely young girl at the counter had such an attitude and didn't care whatsoever. They try to charge different prices than what is ADVERTISED and if you happen to mention this to them, they scream and yell at you things like "you want me to get my manager cuz I will!"and then of course, the manager isn't even working....so they have to "call" said manager on cell phone, only to not have anyone answer. Another excuse told to me during my visit was: "I was told that's how we do it charge extra for the pumpkin cream foam...oh well!" Eventhough all the signs AND Dunkin app say that the pumpkin cream cold brew INCLUDES pumpkin cream on the top...for $3. I've contacted customer service numerous times and nobody seems to care about that either. This location is actually better than the one across from the mall at the Chevy dealer...
Coffee is good. It's better than bitter Starbucks and way cheaper. There isn't much of a wait either

This is easily the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two drinks and waited 15-20 minutes for them to only make one drink … and it be wrong. When letting the staff know of the mistake , they were incredibly rude. Especially the tan brunette working at 5:10pm august 23rd 2021. They didn’t know what they were doing and called the manager every-time to find out how to make something. When I asked for a refund instead ( as it was taking an insane amount of time to fix the order) she called her manager to ask how and then proceeded to yell at both my mother while putting her manager on mute. She specifically said “ what’s good right now “ trying to fight. I will never put my hard earned money behind this Dunkin’ location ever again. They’re rude and are clearly untrained in both making coffee as well as basic costumer service skills. Some serious changes need to made here.
