Been wanting a Pecan Cinnamon roll, just needed a little more icing with the pecans....other than that it was GREAT!?????
I didn't really enjoy this place. The cinnabon was quite cold and was even stale. I use to like this place a lot but not recently. The staff here was good though.

Ok.. I absolutely love Cinnabon it’s one of my favorite treats to eat and it’s hurts my heart to write this. I purchased the 6 pack (which I normally get) and they were terrible! It’s almost like the box was super old and stale. I normally can just pop them in the microwave and they are good. This box.. not the case. They were super dried out and soon and I took it out the microwave it started to get hard. Come on Cinnabon! If the box is stale do us a favor and not sell them. For almost $20.00 for the box I am super disappointed ?
Bought half a dozen delicious buns. This is my treat me rewards snack.
Management is horrible. Called after I receive a cinnamon bun that was under cooked. It was chewy and the elasticity made it hard to swallow. The manager said that I was the only one to complain, it’s impossible because it’s set on a timer, and ultimately she said I could come receive a refund. I declined out of fear of confrontation. Whatever happened to the “customer is always right”? It’s ineffective to blame or doubt the customer.
OMG!!!! really...its a warm cinnamon bun...come on people just eat them
