I went here after a convention and it's a pretty cool location! The pizza is delicious, there's some good and unique games, and the animatronic stage is in excellent condition! What could be fixed is maybe keep the place a bit cleaner. There was some dirty tables here and there but it wasn't as bad as other locations I've seen. I rate it a 8.5/10.
These employees are all extremely polite and interactive with children so into their jobs and very motivated . The servers engage so much and related so well with the kids even the show-they get into it and really LOVE the job they’re doing , food was amazing and overall experience was awesome as always! My server Yahira was very proficient and engaged with the kids served everything and her helper was on top of it supporting her helping her and I was very satisfied with them . While the kids decided on usage of the tickets purchase at the end the counter person was patient and nice . Salad bar was refreshed and full at all times I’ll tell ya worth the money
Recently took my 1 yr old nephew here, he loved all the lights and the dancing characters. Clean and safe! Recommend taking small children as soon as they open so they can run around and get familiar - nice to see them socialize with other smaller kids. Plenty of age appropriate games and fun music for the little ones.
If I were a 5 year old, I'd have tons of fun. I watched my grandkids enjoy themselves immensely!! ?
Fabulous fun time for parents, grandparents ,kids small to ten I guess. Very reasonably priced. Kids have a ball interacting watching one another have fun ! The kids at Chuckie Cheese are an example of how to be kind patience wait your turn for all colors of the rainbow ? that God made. Very reasonable affordable fun! Rides ,games, food for purchase ! ?
If you’d like to wait two hours for wings and then have the employees give you an attitude when they make your order wrong than this is the place to go! I will never recommend anyone to ever come to this place. They’re completely disorganized and the employees are extremely rude. Especially the guy who runs the kitchen. Don’t waste your time nor your hard earned money at this place!
The young lady at the front was most helpful, and helped me saved a few dollars by combining things and etc. Thank you so much! My kids had a great time as well as myself.
