UPDATE! Ordered again tonight and it appears that last week was an "off" night. Everything was great tonight! I probably won't order the veggie bowl again as the serving of guac was too minimal to be the protein, but that is my only gripe at this point.This is my veggie burrito bowl tonight, that I paid over $10 for. Ordered and paid for extra fajita veggies and received a minimal amount of onions (where are the bell peppers that I paid for???). Ordered black beans and received a small amount of pink kidney beans. Barely any guac at all. This bowl basically consisted of romaine, white rice, and onions. So underwhelming considering what I ordered/paid for. Three other entrees were also missing black beans. I guess they were out of stock...? Thanks for letting us know we weren't getting what we paid for. I hate complaining (and almost never do!) but this was the absolute worst experience, and we order out a LOT.
Friendly staff and good food. Sometimes I feel like Chipotle staff rush you through the line, but this team is consistently patient. With that said, I can be in and out in under ten minutes if I know what I want.
I always order through the app and my food is always accurate and made on time. Every time I’ve been here there has not been a line at the drive thru. Staff is always friendly.
Good food, clean store, but they literally skimp you on servings. I have been here twice and it has been the same thing with different employees, so it must be a training/management thing. They literally grab your portions with the spoon and will shake it off to be half full in the spoon. Go elsewhere !
We ordered food through the app for pickup on Sunday 10/10 but when we went to go pick up the food there was a sign on the door stating that they closed early. I get that there are too few people who would like to work in food service right now, but don't you think you can turn off the online ordering if you are going to close the store? I am beyond frustrated since this isn't the first time it has happened to us. Chipotle was always our go to and now it is so unreliable that we are afraid to order anymore since its always a guessing game if the location will be open.I also wanted to add that I have contacted support twice now & have yet to receive a refund. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do better Chipotle.
Closes early and takes your money anyway through online orders
I am so sick of placing orders on the app, driving to get my food, just to find out they are closed. Both locations in Cherry Hill have done this lately. I really wish they could do better.
We’ve been sitting the drive through line for 40 minutes now and are still only halfway around the building. Our car is starting to get low on gas. Only one car moves every 6-7 minutes. I don’t know what they’re doing inside but they should allow you to cancel prepaid orders in the app if the wait is going to be this long. If you don’t have enough staff to operate you should close the store down.Update: it is now one hour and 10 minutes and we’re still two cars back. If we had a way to get a refund we would bail out. I will never come back here.
Literally the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Chipotle but this evening this location disappointed me for the last time. From unripe chunky guacamole (inedible waste of money), incorrect orders and waiting over an hour for a mobile order that turns out they accidentally skipped over despite me coming in to check on it every 15 min. It is a shame since it is a new location but I will never go back. Ever. In my opinion it all comes down to extremely poor and an extreme lack of management. Save yourself the time and stress and go to another nearby location.
Ordered ahead and waited over 1.5 hours in the drive thru only to leave empty handed because they could not find my online order and were too backed up to even make it. Refunds were not available through the app. This was an embarrassment for this location and a waste of everybody's time. People were waiting inside and outside with no end in sight. Never seen anything like this and would not recommend coming here.
