The food was delicious, the service was good; but the guy in front of me, my friend, got extra steak as well as I did. His total was like 10 bucks mine was 4.50 more. I got charged 5 dollars more for the same bowl as the guy in front of me. This little detail made me feel like I was being targeted and I didn't appreciate that

Very quick ordering and transaction. The food's great, the staff is nice, and the bathrooms and lobby are clean. What more can you ask for? :). Barbacoa bowl is a really good recommendation. Great place.

I never leave reviews but this one deserves a Zero. This chipotle is absolutely terrible. Took more than hour to prepare my order for delivery. When I went in person no one looked like they knew how to do their job. No one answered the phone it just rang as if they were ignoring it. Workers are also very unprofessional. Won’t be back. I also find it insane how so many ppl are leaving terrible reviews about the same thing and nothing has yet to be done about it. If you want good food and a better experience please don’t come here.

I called several times to tell them my order was wrong and no one answered the phone. I sent an email to cooperate as well and they didn’t respond!!! $79 is a lot to waste on a meal for your family that they couldn’t enjoy. Can’t blame door dash cause my order was right on there. When it’s late you’re expecting workers to take their time and gets orders correct. I will never order from this chipotle again.

If you’re not going to have the majority of the ingredients, then say so before we start ordering!! How are we going to be started on an order to hear that you ran out of multiple things? At least say so beforehand or offer a discount at the end? Why do I have to pay full price for a meal that doesn’t have 5 of the things I wanted?

Ordered from the app this evening. Order never arrived. Decided to order again- nothing made correctly and missing half the order. Every time we order we’re missing half our items.

For mobile ordering they don’t keep the food on the shelf like other locations so you have to get someone’s attention to get your food. Food was also not made when I arrived. Had to wait about 20 mins. Probably would’ve been quicker to wait in line and order.

Eh, had a burrito bowl, not bad. Not enough steak, and if I wanted extra it would have been $4.65 for more so I passed. Otherwise not bad
