I ordered 1 Bacon King and 1 onion ring. That should not cost $15.00.Sorry I will never go back to this burger king again. Lady at drive thru was very rude.
We went to the drive thru and our order was totally wrong and due to them being drive thru only we had to wait in line to get it corrected. When the lady handed it to us I checked it before pulling away and it was still wrong. Handed it back and the lady was rude. Waited and got my burger for the 3rd time and it still isn't right. I called back to make a complaint and the lady was very rude! Worst Burger King I have ever been to.
Online/app orders beware! Their shake machine is always broken so if you order a shake or ice cream through the app they can't and won't give you a refund! Not the employees fault, as they are very friendly, but I find it's a consistent problem with most Burger Kings
They gave me the order wrong, they just put what they wanted, when I got home I realized, I was not going to drive back 30 minutes to make a claim so I did it via email, they said they would contact me to make a return of money which never happened.
Absolutely horrible service and outrageously priced. Meal cost twice as much as my local BK. I just paid $13 for a medium #1. Never going back to this location again!
The absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Employees are rude, my order has been messed up multiple times, and they're constantly closed several hours earlier then listed for no apparent reason. Avoid the disappointment and keep driving.
Go to Chick fil A. Seriously.. You're already in the area.What a terrible experience. The lady working the drive thru mic had such a sour, rotten attitude towards us that we just canceled our order and went Chick fil A next door. My mistake coming to BK...Let me tell you, every single employee I interacted with at Chick fil A that day didn't have a good attitude. They had an awesome one! Difference between night and day. Come to think of it, I have never had any negative experiences with Chick fil A employees. Place is like a breeding ground for positivity.Meanwhile at your local Burger King, I consistently witness and experience a myriad of rudeness and straight up hostility from workers and managers alike.Tbh, the Ch'king is super good but its not bringing me or the fam back to BK. Didn't usually go to BK before but recently tried the Chking and thought it would be a gamechanger.. nope.Chick fil A is also delicious and their service is good ("good" at the very least. Usually they're all really awesome and seem super peppy and happy anyway)
Managers are mean and forget most food items. Stay away. I left one day with no food at all even though I paid for it. I went to chick filet and I will spend my money at chick filet or McDonald's. One manager even yells at customers and talks down to them. Sad for a place that is located in cherry hill.
This was a horrible experience food took for ever, half the menu was not available and my impossible burger was burnt. And the employee is obviously thought talking on his phone was way more important then their customers...
Very bad service, be faster to cook your own burger. Very rude employee...McDonald's rules!
