Man 7 years of thinking this place might get a leg up but not at all, they try but hoo-wee, this is like end of the world Burger King where only the last 2 ppl on earth can be found and it’s running out of items and they are desperate for some kind of time clock to go off. THAT is the vibe there. Check it out. The food is all kinds of weird.

Find another Burger King.This one is running a skeleton crew and they'll mess up your order as a result of lack of staff.Nothing against the people working there, but it's not going to be a good time.

Horrible, Did not received a receipt, and while waiting for food for 28min. A manager came to window and asked if we ordered nuggets and small beverage. We said no we ordered jr Whopper no pickles meal, and a #5 dble stacker with bacon and mind you their was no one behind us for like 15min. In which we should have received our meal but it took 35min. Fries was hot ?so we drove away I opened my sandwich and no cheese or bacon ?.So we go back and of course you can't go inside because they have it closed. So, I have to go through drive thru and wait because there is 3 cars ahead of us. I told them I ordered the dble stack with bacon he opens the sandwich and see's no bacon or cheese. I get a sandwich with no melted cheese and one small bacon ? NO MORE BURGER KING This was my second awful experience here. They get 0000 STARS

We stopped here early on New Year's Eve . There was only one car parked. At the order area we were told the power is out. We stopped there again last night, and again, only one car parked there. A guy came out a bit and hollered that the power is out. How can it be that all the lights were on, but the power was out twice since the end of December 2021. Could it be our luck or is something not quite right? I called today and the man who answered said it was his frist day. He didn't know anything about the power. Hhhmmmm....

First, it was the worker’s attitude while taking my drive thru order. Then while waiting at the window, I LITERALLY watched this girl grab my chicken fries with her BARE HANDS before stuffing them in my bag! Like, seriously!? Wish I could’ve recorded it. I was so disgusted and tired from the day that it wasn’t even worth mentioning and possibly getting into an argument over. Out of my entire order, I ended up just eating the fries since it was the only item that I saw for sure wasn’t touched with someone’s bare hands. Never really had the best service here but I can’t turn a blind eye anymore. Just totally unacceptable.

Ordered on drive thru, figured it would be sub par, as I usually don't like fast food. Fries were not good, burger was ok. My children seemed pleased with their burgers. Soda tasted weird. Usually fast food gets 1 star from me, so 2 stars is a step up.

First i wanted to put a no star review but the option is not there...I went to the drive thru stood there and said hello about 3 times and no one answered so I went around ...when I got to the window the lady said she don't have an order for me because she heard the person who should be taking the order told me to wait and that she is the manager and she will not be taking my order. No sound came from the intercom while I was there, she then said I need to go back around and order ...she shut the window in my face and walked away.. That woman is the worst person I have ever come across at a burger King no customer service whatsoever..I will never go there again!!!

Gave this Burger King another shot since both of my sons say they've had positive experiences there. The past two visits my orders were right my food was good the service was efficient enough considering they seemed to be "short staffed" at this location. I've seen the managers here working all positions due to their staff issues. A dedicated team I guess it's just a difficult location to staff.

It's 6:45 pm on a Thursday and I placed an online order through the Bk app. I get to the restaurant and the employee standing outside yells over, "we're closed!" I tell him I paid already and they look open to me. The guy tells me to pull up to the drive through window. The sign on the drive through says "happy Thanksgiving, we're closed" . Thanksgiving is next week, not today. Anyway the same guy who was yelling out front hands me my food and I asked him what time they close, to which he replies, "11pm." I asked why he told me they were already closed and he says, "we got hit really hard and are only taking mobile orders."The strange thing is that this same thing happened 2 weeks ago. I pulled into the parking lot and when I got up to the drive-thru speaker the girl came on and said Sorry we're not taking any orders right now. She wouldn't answer anything else I said so I just left. It seems all Burger King restaurants are really going severely downhill. Perhaps the company should buy back some of the franchises and straighten them out.
