The food was great and the manager and employees had the best attitudes and service ever. Sweetest people. Enjoyed our meal there.
Staff was rude as ever. !!! I’m a Uber driver and I’m picking up food for someone all the doors were open I came in to pick up the food they kick me out told me to go through the drive-through and then the person was giving me attitude absolutely insane then had me waiting at the window. Then I had to call them from my cell phone to tell them to come to the window and when they came to the window there was also rude.

I would give zero stars if I could. We’re traveling from out of state, searching for a bite to eat and they are apparently only accepting door dash orders. If you’re going to handle things this way, you need to turn your lobby lights off and close down your drive thru. This city apparently stops serving fast food when grandma Betsy goes to bed.
We arrived an hour before the listed closing only to be told that they were only doing Doordash deliveries and wouldn’t serve us. Despite us being there. No sign was posted nor was the drive-thru shut down.I have never been more flabbergasted in my life, and I’ve seen a man eat his own head.
I got the double stacker king meal ? with French fries ? and a Coca-Cola drink.
We sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins we finally get to the speaker at the drive thru and they said we are only accepting cash I would have liked to know that 20 or so mins ago...they need more people working and to let their customers know when things like that happen!! Usually it's good when I go there so this rating is for today only!
Horrible service gave us old chicken and when I called and asked for fresh they said they out of chicken, the deluxe had 4 little peices of lettuce on the oldest chicken ever..smh

Not sure who the fat Puerto Rican chick is that usually is working the window nights but her customer service lacks in so many way's it's ashame I honestly dislike coming here all the money I spend and the customer service sucks can't forget last time I came they claimed the system was down so we couldn't order and you write them and you don't get contacted back my last time coming to BK altogether
